Then she accused him of taking back the money even though she had the money in her hand. Then she said I told him I was going to print tickets until he told me to stop. She counted out the tickets and she said she put them in hundred dollar piles Then the $20 pile was a different one.They were $2 tickets.Don't know why because he bought $20.She could have put it on one ticket.But she does not know what she's doing. He had given her $30 $20 for the Powerball.And he wanted to mega and she didn't do that and we had to fight with her to get the money back for that. She said this was a stack of a 100 I took the tickets and left and told her you have a $120.You said this is a $120.We're leaving as we're leaving.She said she's gonna call her manager and the police. I did call the police.I got home and found out it was only a twenty dollar ticket and then the two dollar tickets That added up to the ten dollars she gave back. So my dad was ripped off of eighty dollars. This is no way to treat a customer especially a ninety year old. We were in the store yesterday for nearly 30 minutes.While she did his tickets, which was ridiculous for honor and $20 for the tickets.This woman does not know what she's doing. Ahhh crap, now I have to come back at another time. Ok, this gets better. Over a few weeks, this stupid car wash was down for maintenance. I believe I stopped by 2x per week to try and use the car wash. I believe I tried to go to this car wash for 3 weeks. Ok, COVID 19 pandemic hits and car wash isn't that much of a priority. Fast forward to today, April 16, 2020. I decided to fill up my car and finally use the car wash. I paid for gas and my hubby went in to see if this code is active or to see if he needs a new code to use the car wash (I had already paid for in mid Feb). The lady who worked the register was annoyed because we interrupted her smoke break. She proceeds to tell hubby that the car wash ticket is only valid for one month. WHATTTTTT?? There was absolutely nothing stating this on the receipt. She could have honored this car wash, but chose to be rude about it. It's not the amount that matters, but the principle behind this interaction. I will not buy any gas or car washes from this poorly run Circle K gas station ever again. Her demeanor was crappy and unprofessional. Forget it. No more. I will take my business elsewhere.

As i leave, i never get a "have a nice day" or a "thank you" or even a "bye". Im not sure if these women have never been trained in customer service but they shouldnt be working with the public. It's really only reasonable to stop at when you're heading east on 120; getting in from the westbound side is almost impossible. Also, the last few times I've been there, the pumps have acted up a bit. I've had to go into the store to have them reset it or to take my money inside. The store doesn't have much to offer. It's very small. There are just some candy bars, some drinks, smokes, and lotto tickets. Not as much selection as other gas stations in the area.
