I've had an extremely frustrating experience with this Walgreens pharmacy. Over the past six…read moremonths, there has been only one time when my prescription was actually in stock when it was supposed to be. Every other month, I've had to constantly call to check on the status, ask where my medication is, and try to get a straight answer on when it will be available. On multiple occasions, I've been told it wasn't ready, only to call again later and suddenly be told that it is ready. I shouldn't have to chase down my prescription or repeatedly call just to get basic information. On top of that, the staff is often rude and dismissive, which makes an already stressful situation even worse. I also find it concerning that when my doctor recently attempted to prescribe multiple months at once, I was told by a Walgreens associate that they "can't do that" due to some kind of agreement with Zepbound and that they can only dispense one month at a time. That was never explained clearly and felt more like an excuse than a legitimate patient-focused policy. Overall, Walgreens does not make it easy to get prescriptions, communicate clearly, or feel supported as a customer. This has been the worst pharmacy experience I've had, and I will be looking elsewhere due to the lack of reliability and customer service.

They have a great selection of food and drinks too at a fair price. Rash was here are fairly maintained. They have a Subway and a McDonalds and Pilot has some hot food offerings near the register (pizza, chicken, potato wedges, sides, etc). Pilot has a deal where you can get two slices of pizza and a 20oz. Pepsi for $8. Not too bad when two people need a snack and one of them prefers coffee over soda. I also like that they have a designated area for your furry friends to go potty.

I usually park in the back of the lot so I don't have the annoyance of engines and APUs running all night. So, lazy as I am 1st thing in the morning, I decided to drive my rig up to the store, wash up a bit, get my drink and depart. All went well until I turned the corner and found all of the lights out for the building and pumps. This is never a good sign. I parked near the building and got out to make sure this wasn't some sort of *hidden camera* prank. Sure enough, there was a sign posted stating the revised hours of operation. Since I didn't have spare time, I departed Great place, great people.
