The next day I saw that the painted part at the house was much darker, really how the whole deck should look, and the part that he sprayed looked like it had never been done. I called immediately. He said he would be out that day. He never showed up. Two more times, he said he would be out to look at the job. He never showed up to those appointments. The last time I contacted him oh the phone, he actually hung up on me. At that point, nothing could be done to salvage my badly stained deck. I requested my money back, contacted the BBB (of which he is not a member), but nothing. I lost several hundred dollars, and my deck had to be power washed and re-stained again this spring.
