Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. This in response to Robert asking to have the review removed. I will cite one example and then you can make up your own mind. A major beam in our sun room was screwed in incorrectly by Roberts people. The beam fell from the ceiling hitting another contractor. Thank god the contractor wasn't injured.

He then identified several openings where animals or birds were getting into my attic and gave me an estimate to plug them, which I agreed to. He did plug the openings and also sprayed repellant around those areas. I have not heard activity in the attic since so it looks like it worked. Very pleased. I would gladly hire him again should any suitable job show up.

One note. Joshua only takes cash, check or Venmo, no CC, seems odd to me for a small business…read moreowner. Would be good to offer a square for CC tap at the least. Joshua was responsive and gave us an estimate right away, which was better than others businesses. He stopped by the next day. We told him we swapped out the entire guts of the tank. He didn't replace anything and made some adjustments with the existing guts in the tank. It was still leaking out of the flapper a while afterwards. I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.
