Only when Erin was caught in a complete lie did she admit this was an "honest mistake." Oops, I guess they just "forgot" to add a new roof. While Erin originally told me the seller would replace the roof, right before P&S signing she then went back on her word and said they would not. Erin also tried to hold my deposit hostage unless I agreed to never negatively review her company. That isn't even legal! Just save your time, money, and sanity and avoid ANYTHING Moor Realty sells.
