She visited our home with purpose, told us exactly what needed to be done and why. On her second visit, She gave us a presentation that detailed her entire process. Her team along with Germaine work like a well oiled machine but with plenty of human touch. They were there every time we needed them. In early 2012 I used Coldwell Banker in Shrewsbury, MA to find a rental home. After signing a…read morerental agreement and writing a check, it turned out that the agent who I was working with, violated my trust. She (the agent) mishandled the check that I had written causing me hundreds in overdraft fees, several bounced checks and tension between myself and my new landlord. This agent also lied to the landlord and I about the circumstances surrounding the incident. Coldwell Banker refused to correct the situation and left me in debt for their follies with an "oh well" attitude. If your finances are important to you, I would strongly suggest staying far away from Coldwell Banker, especially the Shrewsbury, MA location. Any twist or turn she let me know what was up and how we were going to navigate. She NEVER made me feel rushed or neglected.
