Now the only way I can get something reliable is with Ronkonkoma Taxi and Airport Service. They aren't the fastest but they are the most reliable taxi company in the Ronkonkoma area. The fares are never the cheapest either but again, its reliable. If I'm in a pinch I'll call them because at least I know what I'm getting. Their airport shuttles on the other hand are spectacular. If I order a cab for 3am to get me to JFK Airport, it's Johnny on the spot and he's there 15 minutes early for my ride.

When I called for from airport week later dispatch again was awful. I was told they'd be there in 15 minutes had to call twice since they did not show. It took them close to an hour to show. With both calls it was very unclear, having to constantly say we have bad connection please repeat. If they don't fix issues with their dispatch service they will lose many customers.

The person answering the phone pretended to be a pirate? Legitimately kept up the act the entire phone call until we hung up. I wish I was making this up but unfortunately this is the level of professionalism and care they have for prospective clients. The response from Aaron (the business owner) displays the lack of care they have for their customers. It is clear based on my initial interaction followed by Aaron's response that they treat their business as a joke. I would not trust myself or anyone else in their vehicles. If this is how they handle a booking call, imagine how they would handle a serious situation. Again, do not trust these people with your business. They are obviously some sort of a scam.
