Our intake specialist, Yoselinne was very professional and efficient, making the application process very simple and stress free! She was very attentive to our needs as a family! I love this place! Second year they have assisted me with my gas bill. It is so easy and convenient to apply. Although it takes a few weeks to process, it's still very worth it. I wish I would have known about this assistance when I lived in Los Angeles; I would have been took advantage of this help. They assist you with either your light or gas bill (which ever one you choose) once a year. I would advise anyone that needs the assistance to apply.
