They came out and did the power grinding of floor and then power washed it. They said they'd be back to do the rest in a day or so. I didn't notice until they'd left that they didn't grind the edges which has to be done so the stain with adhere correctly to look nice! In addition they used the wrong setting on the power washer so there are swirls left all over the lanai and which will show thru any stain! That means I'm going to have to hire someone to come out and grind & powerwash again to remove the swirls. I tried reaching them a few times but NO response. In my opinion they knew they weren't experienced in doing this type of floor staining so they just took the $100 with no intention of returning. I would NOT recommend hiring them.

I was hiring Cristain Garcia & his co-worker Jose from C.G.Coatings to do a concrete stain job on…read moremy small lanai. We started with texting approx 3/15, and then they came out to view the job. We agreed on the job and they started the first part of a 3 part job - & ground the concrete and power washed it. They were supposed to return 2 more days to do the layers of primer/sealer and stain. After the concrete dried and I got a good look at it, they did a horrible job....about 4 inches of .the perimeter are still very rough and black plus the power washing left swirls everywhere including my driveway!! Stain cannot be applied over brown or black as it will show thru!! They kept making excuses about returning and finally it became obvious they were ghosting me and weren't even polite or professional enough to call and quit! I was very surprised at their rudeness as I thought they were honest and nice...so much so that I bought them both lunch! (I also texted asking for a receipt for the $100 I did pay him but never got that either.) In my opinion they are not professional nor reliable and I would not recommend them.
