The ice cream is decent. The price is over. The staff sucks. The place could use a deep clean.

Love love love it is exactly like cold stone but better considering they have a drive thru! My go to ice cream shop. The workers always greet you but some of them have a very monotone expression. The drive thru can take longer then the inside sometimes. They also offer military discount if you ask. read more

I don't know what I just ate. I ordered a strawberry shortcake and got stale cookie strawberry cough syrup with pecans. Not sure where the HQ is for this joint but definitely isn't texas. Then I'm sitting there waiting for her to make it and a girl with a headset spinning in circles while there's a line out the door... I guess for a moment I was orbiting around her. I have no idea why people give this place a 1 star review. I will say the only thing is some of the ladies working there have a dirty attitude and sometimes it's just like - dude it's just ice cream! anyway there is a gentleman and a lady that work there and they always make a trip here fun for me and the miss! I always tell the guy to make whatever and he makes the coolest, most delicious shake! I'm telling you just try it! The girl is always nice and welcoming but i don't know her name but she is awesome! It is a bit pricey for ice cream but in this day and age not much can be on the cheaper side! Staff 6.5/10 everything else is a 10! read more

No masks and no social distancing. I was really disappointing in them with this. over 30 to 40 people in about a 1500 sq space(literally shoulder to shoulder.) We walked up saw this and walked away. The staff had zero masks on as well. read more

Yea no... As I was walking up to the doors I caught sight of the workers through the drive through window and none of them were wearing masks or gloves while handling and serving the food. I stopped and saw through the doors that there were so many people packed into the store with and without masks. I love the ice cream. I have been to this creamery 3x now and will continue going. My only complaint is related to being from the northeast where all of my life I've expected to receive what I purchase quickly. It has been an adjustment for me to get used to southern living where everything takes a long time. We went inside and waited off to the side, and an employee asked us if we were ready. We couldn't see the display or ice creams, so we told them we would wait until the families moved out of the way.
