It's a little bit grimy around the edges, the equipment is old school, the tables are a little sticky. Nothing really bad or disgusting but not the happy, cheerful vibe I expect from an ice cream place. The ice cream is very good though. High quality and fresh. I haven't had a bad one yet. It's pricey, post-pandemic, but not beyond my price point yet. We have gotten Polar Pizzas and ice cream cakes and things over the years and those have all been very good. The kids working are friendly but they always seem to be lost, like they aren't sure what they are supposed to do next. There never seems to be any Adult Supervision behind the counter. I don't really mind but if there's a crowd then it backs things up worse. Despite the weirdness I keep going back. I haven't had a truly bad experience to drive me away, but I never have a great time either.
