I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. I commented, laughingly, that their reviews must be from friends and family because they were so good. Not so funny now. He gave me a quote for my move from Salem to Portland, ME which was reasonable and he seemed like a good guy, so I handed him $500 in cash to reserve my date. My condo association requires proof of insurance from movers which I was told, one week before my move, that Jonathan couldn't provide. Unfortunately, he also couldn't provide a return of my deposit. It has been MANY emails and unanswered phone calls over several months and I have only had $200 refunded. I worked much harder for that money than I should have. I have no doubt I will not get my money back, especially after this review, but if I can save anyone else the terrible experience I had with these movers then so be it. Please, please, PLEASE remember: "if it seems too good to be true, it probably is" This is not a reputable business.
