Which I was ok with as I needed to have the repair done swiftly. Ken repaired the cooper pipe quickly. I I was grateful for that . However, the Moen fixture he said was faulty so it took him a little longer to install. He told me that he would have to break the tile a little to fix it and I was fine with that. However, the drain situation was stressful. He repaired the drain but ended up half way through the installation telling me that he would have to go through my drywall in the other room. If I knew that he would have to remove my wall I would have NEVER had him replace the drain. This was not a scenario that he reviewed prior to start. I allowed him to finish because I did not want to be let with an inoperable tub. He said he would have a dry wall person come and fix the wall but he patched it up himself . I could literally punch right through the wall. We had to hire someone else to do this correctly.
