I have ordered 2 pairs of glasses and one of them was a pair of prescription sunglasses with…read morepolarized lenses with the scratch resistant coting. In about 8 months I dropped the glasses on pavement no more than 3 feet and the lenses scratched. I have brought them to Vision Center II where I was told that I did not buy warranty and therefore the repair will not be covered. Since I bought the lowest available anti scratch package I specifically asked about the warranty and was told that within a year it is covered for 1 repair. Not only they mislead about the coverage, the anti scratch service they sell is absolutely worthless as the glasses got scratched from a minor drop. Wasted money and time. Stay away from them.

He explained a few things to me that my other dr didn't. He also let me try out 3 different type of contacts lenses to see which was the best fit for me. I knew my vision wasn't perfect on my glasses but he let me know the right side needs to be updated, which is strange because the other place just gave me them not even a year prior (aka the other place is not on top of their game.) To use my insurance I had to go in to reorder my contacts. Took maybe 5 minutes and they'll be ready in a week. Friendly service and quick to answer the phone.
