In about 8 months I dropped the glasses on pavement no more than 3 feet and the lenses scratched. I have brought them to Vision Center II where I was told that I did not buy warranty and therefore the repair will not be covered. Since I bought the lowest available anti scratch package I specifically asked about the warranty and was told that within a year it is covered for 1 repair. Not only they mislead about the coverage, the anti scratch service they sell is absolutely worthless as the glasses got scratched from a minor drop. Wasted money and time. Stay away from them.

He is thorough and talks to you so you know exactly what is happening. You can tell he cares for his patients. Mike Kennedy is the business Optician and he is also amazing. He makes sure that you are comfortable and happy with your new glasses and frames. Those on the front desk are just as welcoming and caring. I reached their store, $130 dollars afterwards I bring them to the apple store to have them verified. They tell me they are a counterfeit pair of airpods. I later then return to the store to get my money back, to find someone has already deposited the days cash to the bank. I was then sent to the bank after being written a check by the associate. I was not under the impression I would be sold bootleg counterfeit apple airpods that were meant to be sold as the real thing. This could seriously hurt a business especially when legal intervention gets involved. Glad to say I got my money back but would not recommend buying anything from this store.
