From our first call, Jane was incredibly professional, kind, and willing to be much more available than other planners I was also "interviewing". I had already booked our venue, so opted for partial planning services, which was totally competitive for my size wedding and WORTH every penny spent. If I could describe myself - I'd say I'm a low stress, but type A style person. I super appreciated her custom spreadsheets, accessibility through google drive, and overall organization. We had check in calls regularly leading up to the wedding and she was able to answer any and all questions and had great recommendations for vendors (we went with almost all of them)! During my time with Jane, Crystal also joined her as part owner and partner and she was also INCREDIBLE to work with. I think this dynamic will really benefit all future brides! Where Jane really shines, (aside from overall design which she totally just gets) is when it gets to crunch time! She made our wedding weekend so stress free, took control of each situation, and allowed us to have fun and enjoy ourselves. Behind the scenes she and her team worked tirelessly to put together a wedding set up which was beyond my wildest dreams. So many of our guests came up to us and commended her hard work throughout the day. I can't say enough great things about her, she was a joy to work with over the past year and I whole-heartedly recommend her to any couple seeking help with planning their wedding.

    Wow, and not in a good way. Family of one of the parties…read moregetting married got seated way back by the bathroom while complete strangers were sat up front by the Wedding Parties table. Obvious error. Rather then fixing the mistake as soon as it was brought to her attention and long before any food was being served, out nothing was done. Not even an apology. Family got left in the back by the bathroom. Meanwhile the smell from the septic tank at the Sunset restaurant that night was overwhelming out on the patio.

Even though we needed her services just for the day of, she reached out from a month before to get on track with everything that was going on. She was on track with everything so smoothly. She took the initiative to take some tasks off of my hands. She met with me at the Sherwood Country Club and reviewed everything with me and the coordinator to make sure everyone is on the same page. She even got her sister, Terri, to help out for the wedding day! Terri picked up some items from my house that needed to be at the venue the day before. They were as helpful as can be before the actual day. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. She made sure the vendors were all in place. She even drove us in the golf cart back and forth to the photo shoot area. My mom's dress malfunctioned and she was able to help her sew it up. My bustles were a pain in the butt! Mindy and her sister literally crawled under there to bustle all the buttons up. And finally, at my reception, she would check up on me and my husband all throughout the evening to make sure everything is okay, and that my drinks were flowing! She was just wonderful to work with. She had a positive attitude and I loved her witty humor. The best of all with Mindy is that she gave her recommendations, but was never pushy about them! They were good recommendations. She would suggest things for the timeline, layout or anything else, but ultimately left it up to me to choose what I wanted to do and she was completely great about it. What they pulled off for our 200-guest "California Coastal" wedding at Calamigos Ranch in the mountains of Malibu was nothing short of extraordinary. Flawless isn't a strong enough word because it implies a flaw would have been possible. From the layout to the flow, the band to the officiant and live performance, every single element felt effortless because behind the scenes, Deborah and Valentin were orchestrating every detail with incredible foresight and care. One of the many ways they went above and beyond? Helping us lock down an after-party venue before it had even opened to the public. Thanks to their local connections and creative problem-solving, we were able to tour and book a brand new space that turned out to be the perfect end to the perfect night. They handled vendor coordination with military-grade precision -- making sure timelines were tight, contractual requirements were met, and everyone was fully in sync. Their planning calendar kept us on track without ever feeling overwhelmed, and their taste level and attention to detail gave us full confidence from start to finish. On our wedding day, we didn't have to think about a single logistical thing. We were able to be present, soak it all in, and truly enjoy the moment because Deborah and Valentin had already thought of everything. Always being positive and optimistic, she's an entire support system in one person! She's far more than a coordinator but also a source of comfort when nerves run high and she's everything we could've wanted from a coordinator. During our wedding she shielded us from a lot of things that I'm sure could've taken us away from our day, all the small things with vendors/rentals/layout/communication was executed perfectly, she has great attention to detail with emails/paperwork leading up to the wedding and maybe most importantly she really made sure that day-of we were going to have the BEST time of our lives, and that's exactly what happened. She really wants that for her clients, she's the first person we hugged after our ceremony and for good reason, because she's knows our wedding journey more than anyone, and she was along for the ride the whole time... never complaining and always having a positive uplifting can-do attitude. Even things like the rehearsal day before where all family is meeting for the first time, you can really see how pro she is directing people like a high production broadway show. Words can't express how grateful we are for Deborah's work on our wedding at the Maybourne, handling all the switching and nuances of a very complex wedding with all the vendors/paperwork/performers involved. Wedding have so many moving parts and she is masterful at having an eye on all things. We found Tiana through an IG ad, where she promoted Exotic Green Garden along with an all-inclusive wedding package at Lake Lindero Golf Course. The Exotic Green Garden IG page looked beautiful, and the package was within our budget, so we decided to reach out to learn more. Upon meeting Tiana, she was super friendly and honest about the costs, what can be personalized, and was patient in answering our many questions. We left the meeting feeling like we made a new friend, but still wanted to explore other options as she was the very first vendor we met in our wedding planning journey. After a week or so of reaching out to other florists, we decided that nobody could beat what Tiana offered, and her lovely personality was a huge plus. It was an easy decision to book Tiana as our florist, coordinator, and the wedding package for our wedding on October 4th, 2025 at Lake Lindero Golf Course. Leading up to our wedding, Tiana was very communicative with us every step of the way. It was so easy to reach her and hear back in a timely manner, whether it was through email, text, or a phone call. She was always ready to address our questions and concerns, and put our mind at ease. She even gave us suggestions on how to save money with our florals, which we truly appreciated. In addition to Tiana, we also worked with Adena (her sister) and Lance (her father and our officiant). We met Lance via FaceTime a few months before so he could learn about us, and he was so kind and funny that we knew he'd do a wonderful job making our ceremony go smoothly. He even had an additional call with us and sent reminder texts to make sure we were aware of what's needed for the day. We met Adena at our wedding rehearsal, where we learned she would be our day of coordinator instead. We were a little surprised since we thought Tiana would do this. But Adena re-assured us that she was familiar with the schedule and during the rehearsal, we were relieved to see how personable she was, and her professionalism matched that of Tiana and Lance, and we knew we were in good hands. On our wedding day, we received so many compliments from our guests on how much they loved the florals. We didn't see Tiana on our wedding day, but definitely felt how much love and care she put into them as they turned out beautiful, like exact replicas of our Pinterest photos. Several of our guests even snuck some away, which we didn't know till the end of the night lol! Our guests also praised Lance on how he conducted our ceremony and made it feel personable to us. Throughout the wedding, Adena constantly checked in on us to make sure we were hydrated, feeling ok, and keeping us informed about the schedule. She even jumped in to help cut a roast pig, which we did not expect her to do as we were expecting a specific guest to do it (who ended up not attending). We loved that Adena was so on top of everything the whole evening, while having a smile the whole time. We still reminisce about our wedding day, and how wonderful it was thanks to Tiana, Adena, and Lance. Even though it's been a few months, our guests still mention how lovely our wedding was, which makes us so happy to know that we chose a fantastic team.
