Sandy's scones on the left for $6; local bakery scones on the right for $3.

Sandy, You are correct, you changed the wording from "serves 50" on the original contract to "50 pieces" on the invoice I received a few days before the event. My bad that I didn't catch that swap as I was reviewing the sandwich choices and amount due and not looking for a significant change in one word almost a month after I had paid the deposit. The scones depicted in your photos are not the same as the ones you dropped off, as shown in my photos. The implication that I should have discerned what your serving size is per person from your website photos is laughable. When you dropped off the sandwiches, I was surprised there weren't more. But I was in the middle of getting ready, curling my daughter's hair, having a backdrop set up in the backyard, sending another daughter to pick up balloons, and expecting guests in an hour. When I went to refrigerate the sandwiches, the reality of how much you had dropped off set in as did the panic. So now add to the list: googling where we could get a last minute salad for 30 people. From there, I turned to enjoying the day with my daughter and as guests went hungry and I didn't eat, I realized just how mislead I had been. I could have reached out to you earlier and maybe I should have. It was a special day and I was very busy and trying to enjoy the time with my girl, who was leaving back to the east coast early the next morning. I'm very curious what your solution would have been had I. But just as I could have "caught" the issue earlier or reached out to you sooner, you also could have mentioned to me that 50 sandwiches was on the low end for a party of 30-35 people and confirm that I thought that would be enough, as any good caterer would. The discrepancy would have come to light! Lastly, you did respond to my first text but the text in which I requested a refund has gone unanswered to this day. The bottom line is one finger sandwich is not a serving size and that was absolutely misleading (as was delivering scones that look completely different from those in your pictures). How would you feel if I sell you mashed potatoes to serve 50 and I deliver 3 cups and then claim my serving size is a tablespoon? And then refuse to compensate you for my poor description because you didn't drop everything in the middle of your event to call? It's an awful feeling.

We had the most amazing experience with Bella's Traveling Tea Party! Sandy and her daughter were amazing and created the perfect experience to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday. All of our guests loved the tasty treats the decorative atmosphere they created and the tea! I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for an intimate setting or even a larger party and would book with Bella's traveling tea party if we're ever in town again!

I cannot say enough about the amazing job Sandra did at our event. We reached out to Sandra 3 weeks before the event date, we were planning a retirement party for a faculty member. She was willing to work with our short timeline and all of the bureaucratic hurdles that come with working within a university like CSUN. Thru it all she was flexible and was able to put together the most memorable event. All of our guests were amazing at how beautiful everything turned out. The set up and display of food was flawless, the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The tea that was served was delicious, all of our guest were curious to know where it was sourced. If you are looking for a tea party company, I cannot recommend them enough, they made the event a complete success.

I called Bella's Traveling Tea Party after searching for baby shower ideas in the Las Vegas area and came across the website and stellar reviews. Communication with Sandy, the owner, was easy, friendly, and efficient. She is an absolute pleasure to work with whether by text, email or in person. The shower took place on relatively short notice in not the most optimum of circumstances as the parents-to-be had just moved to a new house which was not quite set up for entertaining. Sandy arrived with another host assisting and went with the flow, placing the food in a buffet set up and the tea cups in another separate area, rather than a sit down event. Everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious. The tea sandwiches were generously sized, as were the freshly baked scones and fruit tarts. The cupcakes were topped with a yummy buttercream frosting and looked adorable! They also served and cleaned up. I learned that Bella's Traveling Tea Party does indeed travel as they service Los Angeles as well as Las Vegas. I give them my highest recommendation!

If you are looking for a real ladies' tea party, this business blew us all away with the magnificent table setting and the most delicious and fun foods. Sandy and her daughter served everyone their teas throughout the duration of the memorable party. Delectable, magical, beautiful, fun, and so very special!! Superb! Sandy was so helpful and accommodating with the making of our plans. They helped put our leftovers away and clean everything before they left. Such a professional team and business! This spectacular event will be often talked about and long remembered as a favorite party. Can't say enough good things!

I don't know where to begin. Everything from A-Z was complete PERFECTION! Sandy and her daughter went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday. Everything from the service, tea, sandwiches and the desserts, was heaven. I called Sandy my fairy godmother for the day. I miss them already and can NOT wait to have them host another party for me. 10 out of 10 all across the board. Thank you for bringing such magic to our day that we will remember for life. We will be seeing you again soon!

The Perfect Tea Party Bella's Traveling Tea Party catered my daughter's baby shower. Everything was wonderful. The tables looked beautiful with their tea party dishes. I love that all the tea cups were different. The food was amazing. Everyone raved about it. Sandy and Michelle went above and beyond to make my event wonderful and special. They worked so hard, and remained cheerful and lovely despite setting up, serving and cleaning up in 95 degree heat. If you are looking for a special tea party, these ladies are the best!

Can't say enough about Bella's Traveling Tea. I was in a crunch when I realized I could not pull off an authentic high tea party for my 6year old daughter bday on my own. I consider myself lucky Sandy and her team were even available. When I say it comes down to the details-it does! And Sandy had these things taken care of. It was a formal table set up for the little girls and a grab and go station for the adults. Her responsiveness and communication was quick and professional. She provided me package options and upgrades. She sent photos and suggestions. Tea, sandwiches and pastries were all so yummy and authentic. The dish-ware was beautiful and in great condition. She was on time and only books one event a day, so no rushing in and out. She arrived early to set up and had everything she needed, and she picked up and even cleaned some of my own dishes.

Bella's Traveling Tea Party was amazing!! Totally recommend them!! They did a party for our baby shower that was incredible! Food was homemade and the best. Sandra & Michelle couldn't be nicer and I recommend more!!!

Bella's provided a great tea buffet and all required dishes

Silver Spoons made everything happen, put the numerous gorgeous bouquets that people brought away in the perfect vases, which Scott or his team somehow found on their own without bothering me. They made everything look delicious despite the unbelievable heat, and then, on top of everything else - everything WAS delicious and delightful. The food was fantastic. And Scott Tessler and his team all talked to our guests in such a nice way. It was fun to have them there. We have used Silver Spoons intermittently over the years - for our daughter's wedding in Malibu in 2015, and now again, to introduce her baby to our friends and family. I'm beginning to think we should do this more often - the results from Scott and Silver Spoons are outstanding. After our event was over, exhausted, we came back to our kitchen, and discovered scads of perfectly wrapped leftovers - Steve and I simultaneously went hunting for that incredible mustard - oh, no, did they leave us some? Yes! You left us a significant amount, nicely wrapped up. And you cleaned up the kitchen beautifully! Even mopped! Everything was left in perfect order. I've been enjoying all the leftovers now for a few days. We have already given Silver Spoons' contact information to one guest at the party, who was very impressed with its work. Many of our guests were already familiar with Silver Spoons from their experiences at University Synagogue (now part of Wilshire Boulevard Temple). The food, the presentation, interaction with guests, following of dietary/allergy restrictions - all perfect. We had magnificent vegetables for the vegans, gluten-free dishes of all kinds that were superb, regular dishes that were wonderful - the food was great. And the service is exceptional. Our baby grandson had a grand debut in the Millers' back yard, and Silver Spoons Catering was a big part of that. Silver Spoons did a wonderful job, and we thank them for it.

The chicken wings were lightly smoked with this wonderful hoisin, garlicky, sticky sauce. The wings were so good. The rack of ribs were huge, with a beautiful bark. The brisket is always a crowd favorite. Some slices are the fatty side, other slices from the lean side. It's a perfect combination. The pulled pork is smoky and salty in the best way possible. The provided mustard bbq sauce always goes so well with the pulled pork. What dawned on me was the quality of the meats. Not a lot of excessive fat on any of the meats. The pork belly burnt ends are to die for. A smoky sweet glaze over this perfect bite size chunks of pork belly burnt ends. The Mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans and coleslaw are all flavorful on their own. I applaud a chef who spends just as much time on the sides as the mains. It makes for a perfect meal. Almost forgot about the house made pickles, they provide a nice reset to all the richness of the meal. Thank you chef Logan and the whole crew for a perfect meal.

Can BBQ in Simi Valley be THAT good? Well, yes BECAUSE we are talking 'bout a good dude (and family) with an open mind and kind heart that brings that to his food. In what ways? Let's give an example - by taking chances with flavor - in the case of the past weekend for ISLAND OF ZEF. Like c'mon Logan be making loco moco AND bahn mi with island vibes and that 'cue smoke! And he's doing it out of a small as* kitchen with just a few staff, churning these orders out for the people. This is home-cooked value. This is local love and support for a business that gives back to its community. So what tips do I got? 1) Burnt ends hit all the time 2) Nanner pudding even better after you freeze it 3) Order early and chill in line - yep it can take a minute but good things come to those who wait 4) This dude SEASONS the food so don't be surprised 5) Themed weekends are a great way to explore outside of your everyday bbq comfort zone 6) Don't be sad if you don't see "Zef" live and in the flesh. If I could pick just one word to describe The Vineyards and our wedding day? Magical. I had…read moretoured many venues in the Ventura County area, but none of them struck me the way The Vineyards did. I had a really good feeling upon pulling up to the venue, as it was clear there was ample parking. Not only that, but the greenery is well maintained and it looks absolutely stunning. It's easy to see from any of the photos, but being there in person just doesn't do it all justice. Every corner of the venue is well thought out and beautiful. The lights and greenery that make up the archways just gave the place an enchanting feel. THE VENUE/PLANNING: I knew I wanted a "garden" feel for my wedding and having attended 2 weddings leading up to my own, those experiences guided some of the more practical criteria I was looking for in a venue: -indoor/outdoor options for weather consideration -More than 2 bathrooms/toilets -Getting ready area for groom (in a lot of venues, there's some kind of bridal suite, but Groom facilities are more hit and miss) -photo op areas (plentiful!) -Large parking lot The Vineyards easily met all of these parameters and more. Aside from the above, I do want to note the HUGE bridal suite area with couches, tables and its own bathroom. I did not have a bridal party, but this can easily accommodate 15+ people. There were also 2 "ceremony" location options to choose from (garden or waterwall), and distinct areas for the cocktail and reception. There are so many little photo op nooks around the grounds that your guests can walk around during cocktail hour and enjoy the vibes. In the planning months leading up to our wedding day, The Vineyards was always very flexible and accommodating. They have a portal system which keeps all the important information in one place, in terms of information that they need, deadlines, correspondence, food choices, etc. Our wedding was in February 2026, definitely with the potential for rain. The venue (and all my vendors) were right there with me tracking the weather to see how it would play out. Luckily, it did not rain (down-poured the next day though!), and we were able to keep the ceremony in the Garden area. They did have options available to move the ceremony inside in case it were to have rained, and they went over a few details in preparation just in case. As other reviews have said, they offer a "Vendor Package" which I highly recommend. There are multiple vendor options within each category, but it is a huge perk that these vendors have the familiarity already, and really know where things are at the venue. I was very happy with all the vendors I chose; I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of them. THE STAFF: We met with Shadi, who first toured us around the venue. She is super sweet and very personable. She gave us a lot of detailed information and answered all the questions we had. We had even asked to tour the venue at night and she absolutely accommodated us, and turned on all the features so we could really get an idea of what it would all look like. Everything there is even more stunning at night, when all the lights are on. Shadi ended up going on maternity leave before our wedding and we were helped by Soroor and Jim, who were also incredibly helpful in all the questions that I had. Soroor was there the day of as well and helped me with my outfit right before the ceremony started. Jim was also there in the morning to help with a few setup items. Deana was our coordinator for the day and she is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We briefly met her during the food tasting, but we really got to see her in action at our rehearsal. I could tell immediately that she is someone that is incredibly organized, detail oriented and absolutely knows what she's doing. She is always thinking of the couple and doesn't make you feel like you're just another number. She was with us every step of the way from the start of the ceremony, making sure we had food and drinks during break times, keeping us on schedule with wherever we needed to be, handling and corralling difficult family with grace, and just generally checking in with us and how we were doing throughout the evening. It can be an overwhelming day, but it really does fly by, and having her there to guide us through it all is a big reason for why our wedding went as well as it did. We couldn't imagine having a different coordinator to keep us comfortable & stable. She made us feel that if anything were to have happened, we would be able to deal with it, no problem. We interacted with some of the wait staff during the Food Tasting as well, and not so much on our actual wedding day, but I received good feedback from our guests that all were attentive, friendly and professional. I genuinely feel that the team at The Vineyards really does care about making your day the best it can possibly be. I know that my wedding would not have turned out as amazing as it did, if I had had it at

While our wedding day was always…read moreexpected to be perfect, the year and months leading up to it proved why The Vineyards is a true 5 star wedding experience. My wife and I toured the grounds back in April 2024, and fell in love immediately. The vast indoor and outdoor grounds, with plenty of options for outdoor seating, and the beautiful path leading to the garden ceremony location were big highlights for us. Soroor was excellent in answering all of our questions, detailing the full breakdown of food selections and the two alcohol packages, and all the inclusions The Vineyards offers. We booked the week after our first visit. The communication over the next 13 months was always quick and detailed by Soroor. Any time we emailed her, we'd get a response within hours, sometimes minutes! Additionally, we had an excellent time at our food tasting back in December, where we enjoyed 20+ appetizer options, each of their entree options, and their side options as well. On the big day, my wife and her bridesmaids arrived at 10:30am, and were welcomed warmly by Soroor and her team. Us boys arrived at 12, and were also greeted with snacks, a nice bottle of champagne, and a pitcher of beer by Jimmy! Since a lot of our decorations were DIY, we brought them in a few days before and a few on the day of. Soroor and her team were quick to have everything setup for us and in position well before any of our guests started arriving. Soroor and Deanna emphasized that we wouldn't have to lift a finger for decorating, and they were correct! Everything was set up to our exact details and preferences. My wife and I did a first look and private vows, during this Soroor and Deanna were great in communicating with our photographers and guiding our bridal party to an area where they got to witness it while being "out of the frame." Despite running a little behind schedule from makeup/getting ready, Deanna smoothly guided our group through the end of the first look and back inside as guests started to arrive. When it was time for us to line up for the ceremony, Deanna did an excellent job explaining positions and pace to each member of the bridal party and made all of us feel at ease as we made our way to the garden. The ceremony was absolutely perfect! The background of the garden area provided a Washington Forest feel, transporting you to a truly different vibe. The pacing and coordination as each member of the bridal party walked up was smooth and not rushed, allowing each of us to soak in the moment. It was my wife and I's favorite part of the evening, and a real dream come true. Once the ceremony ended, my wife and I walked down to the 2nd set of lower stairs where the staff greeted us with our specialty cocktails and an array of appetizers for us to enjoy. Big plus as well for them having a water station near the seating area for guests and the bridal party. The reception was a great combination of elegance and party! Juan, aka DJ Kryp2nite, was an awesome personality and kept the vibes high all night! He did an excellent job hyping up our guests for our grand entrance, and did a great job incorporating the add ons throughout the night (fog during first dance, lasers, lighting). Big thank you to Juan for delivering as our DJ! As for the food, the buffet meal was excellent. All the food was yummy and loved by guests, with many praising the NY steak, lemon chicken, the vegan pasta primavera, and our 2 hors d'oeuvres: Bruschetta and Meat/chicken skewers. The dessert bar was beautiful and yummy too, with so many different options and presented beautifully. A lot of our guests emphasized that it felt like fine dining. Last thoughts: Opt for the Champagne tower and sparklers exit! Our champagne tower was setup nicely at the path entrance and was both a beautiful photo opportunity and a freebie for our guests. The sparkler exit was truly magical and was truly a grand send off! Thank you to the Vineyards once again for a once in a lifetime night!
