They had a nice waterfall outside, clean and cute bathrooms, an outside patio on both sides, and a glass window looking out into the nature. The valet parking was efficient as well. It was a bit of a walk to the venue from the parking area but we had so much fun. The biggest surprise was the food. The appetizers were all amazing and the main dishes were good as well. I think this was one of the best foods I've had at a wedding. They also had a pho bar, to my surprise was also included in the venue. Now the pho itself...the broth was meh and noodles were thin rice noodles, but, the concept was genius for an Asian wedding. I loved the Korean fried chicken! Drinks were so delicious and bartenders/sergers/staff were all amazing.

Tony either has attention deficit disorder or is just too cool to listen, as I asked for a wine tasting with my budget and no valet as we have a limo for the day. I've done wine tastings at Caymus and Opus One and will stick to Napa Valley to avoid the pretentious people involved with this group. Tony can go choke on his grape juice!

The entire hotel was not busy there wasn't that many people there. Kind of a shame since you think it would be since it is beautiful there. The rooms were interesting and across from each other, however I loved the little fire pit they had in the middle of the outside area going back and forth to the rooms. The kids had a blast though they had fun running back and forth and they do leave a lot of yummy snacks around which was really nice. The customer service was not bad not the best but not bad! Everyone was nice but things took extra long when it shouldn't when no one was really there. I hope next time we visit this hotel it will be busier. The WiFi was terrible and the signal wasn't good in the area either so that was frustrating. Toilet paper and Keurig pods could also be better quality for the price you're paying to stay. Pillows were extremely flat. You could also hear every noise coming from outside the room or from neighboring rooms. I did enjoy the happy hour at Louie's, drinks were only $7 and the food was decently priced especially for a hotel restaurant. Overall it's a decent stay, but not the best.

When I came here last weekend with my family, the blonde waitress that was taking care of us didn't give us a kids menu for my sister when seating us. When she came by again after we got seated, I asked her for one and motioned towards my sister. She asked, "Who at the table here is a kid?" in a serious tone and had a slight attitude. I just calmly said, "My sister," and motioned again, like before, towards her. She asked, "Well how old is she?" "11.....," I said. And she rolled her eyes and walked away. After five minutes, she came back with a kid's menu, although I never really knew what the full issue was. I understand that they don't want adults ordering off of the kid's menu in order to make more money on the adult meals, even though they can be too big for some people depending on what you get. However, a kid that maybe looks a couple years older wasn't as big of a deal as she made it out to be, rolling her eyes to a whole family. I even met another mother who was there with her daughter. So when I say it's an all ages establishment I mean it. The bar staff was nice and there were multiple bars to service the patrons. I don't think the bars were ever over crowded. The djs and music was solid. Variety of hip hop and pop and edm music was played. Plenty of room to dance. The one issue we ran into was security. Minutes before closing my daughter's boyfriend approached her on the dance floor. A drunk and over zealous young lady attacked him. She pushed him with 2 hands in his chest and screamed at him to leave my daughter alone. Moments later security approached HIM and asked him to leave? When I interjected and tried to explain the misunderstanding security told me they didn't care. That's when I told this kid I was old enough to be his dad and this is my daughter's boyfriend. I explained to him the female should be kicked out not him. He did nothing wrong. But we would not cause any problems and would just leave anyways. The way security handled the situation was diabolical. Their job is to protect the patrons and listen to them when there is an issue. Not ignore than and not care to find out what the truth of the matter is. For this I have to 1 star this establishment.
