He is able to also explain any problems or courses of actions in a really accessible way and I always feel like he has my best interest at heart. My only criticism is that sometimes the finance department doesn't always quote things correctly, so I strongly recommend having them going over billing while you are still there.

The office staff are very nice and helpful. I was concerned because the office is located in an outdoor shopping area but it is clean, modern, and the equipment is good, techniques are modern. I did wish that had a 360 x-ray machine but the bite wings work. Dr Kim was able to identify the issue quickly and took the time to explain and go over what I needed to do to avoid future issues. I scheduled a cleaning and was able to get that quickly as well. The experience was good. Overall, this is a good place with a terrific staff! Everyone I interacted with was lovely. Dr. Kim's staff is also very kind and extremely helpful. His office is very clean with all the latest gadgets. My implant required bone grafting and a specialist in Columbia failed after two attempts and still charged me hefty treatment costs. I requested Dr. Kim for help; he was honest and forthcoming that he can attempt but the process may or may not be successful.
