Good dental practice. I visited EJM Dental studio on a Monday afternoon, and my visit took about an hour and a half. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the office was clean and well lit. I had had a wonderful experience with EJM dental. I originally joined for general dental care, and I stayed because of the supportive female driven team (despite it being an inconvenient drive away). I assumed I would have to go elsewhere to fix my TMD / jaw pain, but Dr. Morse took my Invisalign case and I couldn't have been happier! I am in my third round of aligners (1.5 years in) and am happy with the progress and success so far. High pressure dental sales. I was recommended the Invisalign product every visit. One visit I was asked to sit in a consultation room, where the door was closed, and Invisalign was brought up before my appointment. I had a history of declining by that point. My prior dentist, and my current (post EJM exit) haven't seen the need for this. read more

Everyone in the office is very nice but the staff confirmed the dentist participated with my insurance when she had stopped being a provider. During my last visit I specifically asked for confirmation about insurance coverage, the person at the front desk checked and said it was covered, and I later find out the dentist stopped participating months prior. The office never notified me the dentist no longer accepted my insurance and then implied I was stupid. I prefer health care providers I can trust. read more

EJM has *THE* best team. They are professional, fun, energetic, and sincerely care about me and my dental health journey. Every single person in the office goes above and beyond (especially Jackie and Melissa) to create a welcoming environment, make sure each appointment runs smoothly, and that my overall dental health is on point. My appointments are always on time (never waiting in the waiting room -- which is lovely too) and very efficient (not sitting in the chair forever waiting) while still getting attentive care and an excellent clean. The office is incredibly clean with modern tech. I've been seeing Dr. M for ~3 years and have seen significant improvement in overall gum health and teeth (invisalign) and am so so so pleased. I came in with a history of dental issues -- rather than just doing expensive treatments every 6 months, Dr. M and her team have actually explained and provided plans for fixing these issues just in my day-to-day habits and I can 100% see the results in my health! read more

I have been going to Dr.Morse for a little over 2 years and this review is well overdue. I am not a fan of any Dental work I actually get anxiety thinking about it. It is not because of the treatment that I am there for, but more because I have a really bad gag reflex that is not within my control at times. Dr.Morse and team is amazing they make sure I am comfortable and relaxed, they take there time with the procedure and they check in on me to see if I need to take any breaks. I am at ease within their care and so extremely grateful that she is my Dentist. PS. The entire staff is so nice and personable. After going there a couple of times and being very pleased I had an emergency and was referred to an Oral Surgeon who I loved! Here is the problem that really upsets me. I had the same insurance as the other times I had gone there. Well, this time apparently my insurance does not have them in-network any longer apparently unbenouced to me. I would have NEVER gone there if I knew my insurance was NOT acceptable any longer. I fill they should have confirmed this ahead of time. I feel somewhat deceived paying 50.00 a mo for dental insurance and now having a bill to pay over 100.00 dollars!!! read more

I gave 2 stars because when I arrived for my first appointment, which I had scheduled over the phone weeks prior, they didn't have any record of the appointment and couldn't see me until later in the day. This was an inconvenience considering I had taken off work for the appointment and already filled out the new patient forms. I never went back because they also didn't accept my insurance, Delta Dental. The only positive about the experience (if there was one) was that the office space looked nice. read more

Having lived in Germany for over 10 yrs and exposed to their advanced technology and modern interior decor, I found myself at home and so comfortable in Dr. Morse's clinic. Seeing how up-to-date all the equipment, and interiors a touch of European flair topped with excellent customer service to boot, I knew I had chosen the right dental clinic for the entire family! The first time the kids attended, they were given a gift voucher for pizza hut. Each family member also got to receive a take home pack of toothbrush, a small tube of toothpaste, a small bottle of mouthwash, a dental floss after every cleaning session which is twice a yr for us. On the day that each family members has their birthday, EMJ Dental never misses to text out a message of best wishes. Dr. Morse and her staff are professional, friendly and competent. They are knowledgeable in their field and you can easily tell that they enjoy their work. My kids were nervous at first, as all kids are on a first visit or with someone new, but Dr. Morse's reassuring tone of voice helped ease their fears and within a few minutes felt very confident in her hands. There was also TV screen for the children to view to distract them from the sound of tools and dental equipment. The front reception is greeted with a smile and a very friendly staff. The waiting room entertained with background music, TV, magazines, coffee, and water. I really enjoy the experience with EJM Dental Studio. With every visit, I always feel confident and look forward to my treatment without the anxiety like I had in the past with other dental clinics. This clinic is nothing I have ever experienced, in fact, it's better and more superior in knowledge, customer service and handling of equipment. I got to watch first hand, my crown manufactured in the clinic within 20 mins., which with other clinics would have taken at least a week or two to get done because the crown normally has to be sent out to be manufactured elsewhere. I highly recommend anyone who's serious about getting an excellent customer service and superb work on their teeth to come and visit EJM Dental Studio!!!! read more

I would give a zero if allowed . We found a new dentist due to insurance change . The reviews were pretty good . They are sugar and honey nice but they are all about the money .,They did my crown right there that day . The next couple days I could not get food out of the side . They said yes it wasn't completely set they would bring me in another day to redo and my wisdom tooth had to come out ? Wait , all the sudden my tooth had to come out because of crown . In between I paid for a second opinion . They said it was ridiculous the crown just needed to be fixed . The day I went in the Dentist said she had a better way to fix it since I wouldn't let her pull the other tooth . She did a side filling on the crown so it would set . I had no clue if that's what would work ,. I wish I had the other dentist on the phone but gave them the benefits of doubt they were being up front . I followed up with the dentist I paid for 2 nd opinion . They said yes it fixed the issue but I would eventually have to have the crown Redone . All through this I am getting statements from insurance and seeing double bills on a few things . Had to go through numerous phone calls with insurance and office billing for my insurance to be reimbursed . The whole 3 week ordeal was the most horrible experience I have ever had . read more

I moved here from Michigan and trying to find a new dentist and being the first time finding s dentist place on my own I didn't expect to ask my insurance company what places have higher prices because they are consider premium. So that is my fault. But they never told me how much anything would cost until after it was done. And the final straw was they told me my insurance company would cover the cleaning and two weeks after I got a phone call from this place saying my insurance isn't covering it. Dr. Morse and her practice were wonderful! I switched because I didn't like my old dentist (impersonal, unwelcoming, abrasive tactics, unsure about billing, etc.). Now, flip back to Dr. Morse- every one of those things is the complete opposite! Both her and her staff are welcoming and knowledgable. The office has all new technology and a clean, very pretty feel to it. I went for a new patient visit, and it was extremely thorough. Jackie - Who I think holds a degree in 'Jack of all trades', was very pleasant even for a early evening appointment 3. Environment - As other have said.. yup, it's fancy .. but relax (find the medium between the 2) 4. Communication - Was very through & upbeat in all procedures that was done w/ each staff. From Jackie to Kim (can't wait to praise her) and Dr. Joel-Morse (AKA my Dr. Mindy Lahiri look alike) 5. Comfort - I was given a plush blanket while you get your teeth and gums thoroughly cleaned by Kim... Can i say more 6. I was shown (not just told & forced to believe) what's actually going on in 'my' mouth!! How awesome is that?? LOL! The previous practice i went to wasn't awful... but EJM's protocol and ethics put the other spot (Pearlescent Dental Care) at the lower end of my rating scale... 7. My experience here deserves more than 5 stars! On my first visit, Kim gave me a tour of the office, showing me the state of the art equipment they use and what their functions are. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff members were so friendly and funny. Kim explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. After chipping my front crown on Sunday evening I was desperately searching for someone to take me in for a temporary fix so I could walk around without my mouth covered. When I called and explained the situation, Dr. Elsie kindly scheduled me for the next day even though I was a new patient. She skipped lunch to put on a temporary crown. Jackie and Dr. Elsie were both very sweet and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The results were great and I really felt like I was a priority. Everyone here is so nice! As a kid, I had a terrifying dentist, and lots of cavities. But coming here, my anxiety about the dentist has gone waaay down. The staff are all so sweet and friendly, and they all genuinely enjoy their jobs. The last time I was here, they gave me a cuddly blanket (I was a little chilly, I'd worn a t-shirt on a cold day) and they switched the TV to the fireplace channel to help me relax! During the "scariest" part (the needle, ugh), Jackie held my hand and cheerfully told me what a great patient I was. Everyone from the reception desk to the dental hygienists to Dr. Morse is so welcoming! I recently broke a tooth while on vacation and it was super embarrassing. This has happened to me once before and other dentists seemed to brush it off as a calcium deficiency and moved on to the next patient. After this last incident I decided to see Dr. Morse who took me right away, took a few X-rays and actually took the time to show me the X-rays and discuss a plan of care. Turns out I've been grinding my teeth pretty bad. She also fixed up my tooth so well you can't even tell it was broken to begin with!
