I used to respect Mr. Bartley...until the day one phone call changed my mind. It all began when I was getting little to no showings of my home in Kittery. This caused me to make a call to the real estate office where my listing was signed. Marcel answered and after I (acting as a buyer) expressed interest in my property, he proceeded to criticize my property (yes, this was the LISTING OFFICE) and steer me to one of HIS properties. At least I found out why that office never showed my property. I was very disappointed in Marcel and very shocked in his lack of professionalism. That listing office broker offered to cancel the listing, which I did, but Marcel cost me a lot of money by putting his financial interests above mine.
