I love supporting local small businesses, especially when the owners are as professional and extremely sweet as Simone. The facial left my skin as soft as a baby's bottom The beds are heated & infused with essential oils, the room has a wonderful ambiance with the twinkle lights and lavender, and my hour with Simone is one I look forward to every two weeks. And the price and quality of lashes are the cherry on top. Her prices are so reasonable!! I've had multiple people compliment me on my lashes when I go places. I can't recommend Simone enough!

A friend recommended microblading so this was one of the few places I contacted. I emailed them telling them a little about my situation and asked about pricing. They got back to me quickly. In the email they told me they wouldn't touch my brows unless I'm a year out of chemo. I mentioned this to my oncologist and she was shocked. I'm a little over a month out. I've had surgery and will be doing radiation soon. They want in writing from my doctor saying it's ok. They also mentioned that anywhere else that's doing this before a year is wrong. After reading that and talking to my doctor I decided it wasn't worth it. They left a salty taste in my mouth. This isn't my first let down with this type of service. I'm beyond hurt. I've given up on microblading and will try natural remedies to help my brows fill in.

Theparking in front really horrified me as I wasn't sure how I could drive by without sideswiped the parked cars but I safely made it in and out of my spot. I was greeted by the receptionist, filled out some information on my skin and then was whisked away to the back room. The room had some very nice, soothing music in the background and the lighting was set just right for this service. Dim, but not pitch black. The entire time I was in there I felt comfortable, relaxed and at ease. Justine asked me how I was doing and explained what she was doing - very important to me. I can't wait to return!!

She is such a personable and caring esthetician and really listened to my concerns. During the service, the wrap was repeatedly lifted while the solution was processing, and my brows were trimmed before setting both of which caused poor results. When I raised my concerns, the owner did not take responsibility and instead blamed the outcome on my brows rather than acknowledging the process errors. The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $75 for a service that left my brows looking worse than before, and the way my concerns were brushed off was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They keep deleting my review and somehow yelp is allowing this so I have to keep re-reviewing to hopefully warn others of what could happen if you go here. Here are my befores and after photos.
