I asked to do a FaceTime consult and she happily agreed and we discussed what I wanted to do with my hair. I gave her my card to hold a deposit and booked my appointment! Obsessed is an understatement, I looooove it! Everything was pretty clean inside, she took my temperature before sitting down and asked me a couple of questions. So I call this place a day in advance for appointment due to COVID reasons and they said no need for one and they do walk-ins..... however, when I went there the next day for treading and waxing, the lady asked me to wait inside the room until she attends the one other customer who clearly after me....After waiting inside the room for more than 10 mins, she tells me that there were customers with appointments and she had to attend them first....
