When she was ripping off the wax she would almost play with it before she ripped it off. My skin was being torn off. She then asked what services I was looking to receive, instructed me to sign in on the iPad, and told me to have a seat. While signing in, I asked a question regarding which category to select for the nail package I wanted. Before I could finish, I was interrupted and told to "hold on." Shortly afterward, another employee approached me and stated in a very rude and unprofessional manner that I could not receive services because appointments were required and they were fully booked. What made the experience even more upsetting was that, before leaving, I overheard staff accepting two other customers who were also walk-ins and did not have appointments. I found this treatment to be unfair, inconsistent, and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and consideration as everyone else. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning.
