I was expecting with such an experienced professional and owner of the spa that I'd receive great service and it was far from it. Not only was she rude but she was close to 20 mins late to the appointment. She provided no aftercare instructions and didn't even ask for a follow up appointment to ensure I liked everything and it looked good. I was a new client for her and had never had lytebo before so I would have expected she even pretended to slightly care what the results were. Oh and not to mention, after paying a premium for her services she's the only injector who's ever bruised me in the middle of my forehead. Tierney who also works there is super sweet and Michelle is great as well. There's too many options in the Farmington valley area with great injectors to come here.
