When the dress arrived months later, it was approximately two sizes too small and did not fit my body at all, including across my ribcage and frame. This was not a minor tailoring issue. The dress was completely unwearable. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of a measuring or recording error, the owner immediately blamed my body. She asked if I had gained weight, if I was on my period, or if hormonal changes could explain the tightness. She then re-measured me and claimed I had gained three inches, which is simply not true and would have been physically obvious. In fact, I was wearing the same jeans I was wore 6 months earlier when I got it sized. Professionals can make mistakes. What matters is accountability, and there was none. I was sent to a seamstress for alterations, only to find out after arriving that the owner had already contacted her and instructed her to send us elsewhere. This was never communicated to me and felt misleading and dismissive during an already stressful situation. The only solution offered was to buy an entirely new dress with just a 10% discount, despite already having paid thousands of dollars, and while being only a couple months away from my wedding. No effort was made to take responsibility or meaningfully resolve the issue. Buying a wedding dress should be one of the most joyful parts of wedding planning. Instead, this experience left me anxious, self-conscious, and angry. Do not trust this store. Professionalism means owning mistakes and treating clients with honesty and respect, especially during such an important life moment.

She brought us into a room and had us sit down so she could talk to my daughter to get to know her and see what she liked and didn't like. After finding out my daughter's preferences, she left us to select some gowns for my daughter to try. I liked the way that Linda would fluff out the back of the gowns that my daughter tried on so that you could see the full beauty of the gowns. After going to several bridal shops, i found that not all of them do that. My daughter liked the top of one dress but the bottom of another dress. Linda was very creative and had my daughter keep the dress on with the top she liked. She then rolled the top down on the dress that my daughter liked the bottom of and had my daughter step into it and held it at her waist so that she could visualize what the dress would look like with the top and bottom that she liked. Unfortunately, my daughter wasn't completely sure that this was the dress for her. Linda was very patient and never pressured my daughter to make a decision. We really liked Linda and were sad that my daughter didn't find the dress that she loved here.

We came here to get a suit altered for my brother, on the door there was a sign that stated "we do alterations" once we let them know why we were there they immediately told us they don't do alterations. The woman gave me the address of the alteration place so we can go and claim over there. When we got there the woman over there said to wait a week (which we can't because we needed it for the same day) so they said to pick it up in two hours. We waited those two hours only so that the woman would mess the side sew more. We asked if they could fix it with a steamer so the sew wouldn't be too noticeable but they told us that because it was my dress to go and fix it myself. So tht would mean that i would have to go to a whole other place and pay MORE money TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. IF YOU GIVE A NICE DRESS TO SOMEONE TO GET IT FIXED, HOW CAN THEY GIVE IT BACK TO U IN A WORSE CONDITION. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GAVE US OUR MONEY BACK NOT EVEN 10%
