During my most recent visit, the team ran my credit before even confirming that the vehicle was still in inventory. As a result, I had a hard inquiry on my credit report for no reason. To make matters worse, I have been requesting the financing details for quite some time, including the interest rate and the terms I qualified for, and no one has provided that information. If you're going to run a customer's credit, the least you can do is communicate the financing results. The lack of organization, communication, and respect for the customer's time has been extremely frustrating. This is not the level of service I expected from a Hyundai dealership, and I hope they improve their processes so other customers don't have the same experience.

He connected with the Manager, Alvardo, they negotiated a price on 3/18, we were emailed an itemized list of the agreed upon price (car history etc.) and we planned on driving out there today, 3/19. When he called last night, to re-confirm today's trip, he was told by Gabby the car was no longer available. We happened to look at the site today and noticed it was still showing as available but noticed it was listed 1K higher. I called today to confirm if the car was available, spoke to Gabby and was told that it was. So I was confused on what the miss was. My brother called minutes later, also spoke to Gabby to address the inconsistency, and then he was told that the car was no longer available. My issue is how unprofessional this is. It's either available or it's not, respectfully, pick a lane. A car isn't a small purchase and this is just truly unprofessional. So for anyone looking to do business with them, just be aware.

The actual dealership is no longer active ( but Google maps shows an older photo so they "look" legit from the web). This is a bunch of guys walking around luxury car dealerships in Visalia, CA and taking photos, then selling the pictured vehicles using the closed dealer's name. See the pictures of the scammers in the reflection of the cars. The FBI, and other national investigative agencies are working on this and have been notified.

Very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used F-150 from Will Tiesiera Ford…read more The truck had a known radio/audio system issue, and I was told multiple times over about a week that someone would call me with updates and explain what needed to happen next. That did not happen. I had to keep calling them myself just to get basic information. I later spoke with Chris in sales, who was rude and told me they still could not figure out the issue. I was also told there would be no discount, even though the audio system was not working. After that, I was told by the GM directly that the deal we had discussed at about $31,600 out the door was now void, and the new price was around $34,000. His reason was that I "lagged" and did not jump on the deal, even though I was never clearly told the truck had been fixed. The whole reason I was waiting was because the truck had a known issue and I was waiting on the dealership to follow through. They wanted me to come in person to talk about the deal, but at that point it felt like I would have to go in and beg them to honor a number that had already been discussed, after their own lack of communication caused the delay. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, rude sales experience, and then raising the price after the issue was supposedly resolved made this one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have had. I would not recommend shopping here.
