12/27/24- I called the office wanting to view a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, and Braulio answered the phone. Within minutes he set me up with an appointment and the next day we went in for a test drive. He had all the information I needed on the spot and when it came time to talk prices, he was honest and fair. I was not ready to buy in the moment and that didn't seem to bother him as he was not pushy and desperate. I went to lunch and weighed out my other options. Within hours I knew I could not pass up such a deal. The next day he allowed me to take the truck to the shop of my choice to get checked out, and even gave a military thank you in shape of tire work. These guys are awesome. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. ELITE AUTO will do anything to make a sale even if it means taking advantage of a 77 year old, man who just wanted a shiny new truck with less problems than his '87 truck. They use Manipulation, lies and shady business practices to sell a vehicle that was "previously owned by the owners daughter" Once they had their hooks in him, they pressured him to sign the paperwork as quickly as possible. This wasn't a one day sale. He had to do a lot to be able to finance this truck. They even drove 25 miles to his house to hand deliver papers and attain signitures. They even told him to contact us should any problems arise. Now we cannot get them to return our calls, or even come out of the office to look at the truck in person when he went to talk to them. This pick up truck had known transmission problems that were not made apparent to a customer who couldn't hear, or see the problems because of his age and mental state, much less make important decisions himself. He drives this ruck a total of 18 miles a day, to and from work, that's it. For a year and a half, he has driven this truck 6 days a week, only put on 9k milesand, in this time, he never even driven on the freeway. The truck now requires a 12,000$ reair And Undriveble. And that was quoted to us by the mechanic right NEXT DOOR to ELITE AUTO. We were told it was preexisting problem and would have encountered it much sooner had he driven on the freeway. Do not waste your money here, they sell cars with major problems, and after the sale, they will do everything they can to avoid you much like they have done to my father in-law read more

Was just looking around trying to give this place a chance but when I got there I realized that they don't care about customer service. Spent 30 minutes looking at their inventory and noticed that a lot of these vehicles are on the older side and have high mileage. After about 35 minutes no one came out or introduced themselves to help me or even ask if I needed help then and there I noticed I need to leave this place. Not worth my time since they showed no effort to help a customer when it's needed. Took my business to Sanger Chevrolet instead and was greeted immediately as soon as I stepped foot on there lot. read more

I drove 45 minutes to look at a $40k+ truck they had for sale. It looked very nice, clean, detailed, new wheels and tires, but also had a major oil leak they made no effort to fix. I dont think they do any mechanical work, just make em pretty, and ask full blue book for a vehicle that needs work. read more

I'm not sure who's running this place but I know they're not in the business of making money!! They have a vehicle on their lot, I had a friend go check it out for me because I'm almost 300 miles away. He had problems looking at this Tahoe from the start, when he arrived a sales person had left the lot with the key to the truck for lunch. When the sales man Carlos finally returned my friend had a look at the truck. He sent me Carlos' contact info from his business card and gave me a go-ahead that the vehicle looked in good condition. I then made a call to Carlos at the dealership. When I 1st called, I asked for Carlos, and they transferred me to a full VM for some named Joe. Then I called Carlos cell # from his business card, I left a VM explaining who I was and that I'd like to have a convo about the Tahoe. That was more than 3 weeks ago. HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL !!! So I called this Saturday and asked to speak to the manager or Owner, someone named Jose was very helpful in explaining, and neither were in and wouldn't be back until Monday and Tuesday. I called today and asked for the Manger Ernie by name, the man I spoke to said he was trying to transfer me but Ernie was not answering and if he could pass my contact info on so he could give me a call back, I said yes of course. That was a little after 10 am this morning, and as of 6:15 pm, I have yet to hear from anyone. This is ridiculous, and that place is a joke. I've never had to beg someone to take my money, and I'm not about to start now. Drove 30 mins, test drove the vehicle, went into the office to do paperwork to make the purchase. While doing paperwork they let another couple test drive the same vehicle. Very friendly salesman Edgar made the process easy. Some hiccups with miscommunication resulting in a one day delay in receiving the car but otherwise very happy with service and price. The owner himself was there and helped us through some of the process. After the sale I was contacted several times about documents that we're required AFTER I had already signed the paperwork and had taken the car home. They had also hit my credit as well as my co-signers credit 4 different for different amounts without letting us know. While we were in the dealer, they left me and my family sitting in the waiting room for an hour without informing us that they were gathering information for financing options. I had to go find someone to get this information. Not the worst business I've ever been to but they definitely could use some work. read more

I should have listened to reviews... I purchased a truck, with a broken passenger mirror. The salesman Christian promised and wrote out in the contract that it'd be fixed. He proceeded to text me the mirror was ordered, and assure me id get it. He eventually stopped responding and blocked my number when I went to follow up about the mirror being in. Worse experience you could imagine . They had me wasting gas driving back and fourth for days , one guy tried to scam me for an extra 1,500$. They took my downpayment of 2,500$ told me I could come pick up the car then they had me wait 4hrs because apparently the bank didn't approve like they said they did the first 6hrs I was there the previous day. The male staff was rude cursed a lot one guy apparently was telling another worker he was gonna flirt with me to get more money from me . They also kept my bank statements and refused to release them back to me . Stating they were misplaced so apparently now I have personal info just floating around somewhere. The female account didn't know what she was doing she cried loudly in the back room other customers could hear her. When I asked for a refund finally they kept trying to push another cheap car on me that was priced 3,000$ above market value and expected me to put down another 1,500$ for downpayment on top of the 2,500$ I already gave them. Stay away from this place. Lies and terrible service! Their customer service is horrible, they give you the run around, and you have to literally hound them and chase them down for anyone to try and help you. I am out of the area and processed my application online. It took DAYS of me calling for updates only to be given one BS excuse after another of why it was taking so long. I would be told someone would call to let me know and hours would go by until I would once again have to call THEM. And when I would call, they would have the nerve to act like I was a bother! Not a nice way to treat your "customers". Ultimately I found out they mishandled my paperwork and reported false information, which ended up getting me denied for financing! I have fair credit, more than enough income, and my DTI is below 50% so NONE of the excuses they gave me made sense. It was one lie after another. Every time they would give me a reason why, I would correct them on how that was false information, then they would give me another excuse, which I would again prove to be incorrect. It made 0 sense. What in the world was going on here?? I NEVER have issues getting approved for anything. I finally gave up and went to another dealership and guess what? I WAS APPROVED IN A COUPLE of hours for the same truck that even cost more! Clearly Elite Auto botched up my application from the start. They caused me 5 DAYS of stress to the point where I literally became ill. PLEASE save yourself the heartache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more
