Had my 2016 f 150 with 38,000 miles towed to their service center for failure to start and could not put it into neutral or any gear. Note- This happened last year as well and I paid nearly $900 for them to replace the battery and a wire harness they said was needed to correct the issue at that time. Service rep tells me "you fried the BCM." They reported I connected after market wires incorrectly into the BCM and fried it. I informed them that they were the last ones to work on it and nothing was done to it since. So the service rep tells me it will cost $1,800 to replace the BCM. When I inquired about what the BCM is and what it does she was unable to give me a direct answer and proceeded to treat me as if I'm dumb For not knowing what it is. she then tells me the manager will call me. Well, I never received a call so I went into the service center and met with the manager "David" who explains to me what the BCM is and that once they replace the BCM they can redirect the wires drawing power from it to the correct source to get power. I agreed to have the work done right. On Friday the service rep calls me to Ask for a wiring diagram for the window switches, door locks, and security system. I explain to them this was installed in 2018 (8 years ago) and that I would not have that information. They proceed to tell me they cannot identify the power wires so the window, door locks, and security system will not work. I'm confused as to how I'm told the power wires were plugged into the BCM and yet now they can't identify them? So to save conflict I opt to pick up my truck with no working windows, door locks, or security system. When I arrive the lady gives attitude almost in a mocking matter about me not having door locks, power windows, or the security system. I paid the high bill of almost $1,800 and got the keys to my truck to leave. As I approach my truck there are bundles of wires hanging below the footwell over the break pedal. Just a complete mess! As I'm driving the tire gauge monitor is now no longer working which is a factory component and has worked then entire duration of having the vehicle. The cabin light which is factory will also not turn off when the mode is set to turn on when the door opens. At this point I am beside myself with the horrible customer service and the vehicle just being treated like trash. I proceed to call the service center and The service rep reports the cause for tire sensors not working is "because you have aftermarket wheels." I immediately had her transfer me to the manager and explained how confused for being told that faulty information. The OEM sensors in my 22" wheels that have been on this truck for roughly 4 years now have had no issues and one was just replaced at West coast tire a week prior. I also conveyed their complete lack of respect for my vehicle evident by leaving a mess at the footwell with wires and how nothing was ever done as he said it would be. Save yourself the headache of being treated like trash from this place and service all your vehicles needs elsewhere. This place lacks respect, fidelity, and common curiosity for people and their vehicles. I'd also like to note, the service rep I dealt with does not need to be working in an environment giving information about vehicles when she literally has no idea what she is talking about. read more

I've only used the service department but I would definitely recommend them. They're a Ford dealer and are held to a standard and price schedule so they're not cheap but after using them to maintenance everything from an F-150 pickup to an F-450 box, they're honest and get the work done on time. I always ask for JJ. She's friendly, professional and knowledgeable and will work with you to get your vehicle in and out in a reasonable timeframe! read more

Service Dept was great and took care of my oil change on time and returned to me timely. They didn't hassle me or recommend anything that I didn't need right now. Very friendly gentleman!!! Next time I'm in need of service and I'm the area, I'm coming back!!! They guys also said since waiting have some coffee and donuts in the lounge!!! They cashier was super friendly too!!! And she was knowledgeable about my services received today. This is a super clean place and well maintained. Friendly and professional staffs. They had a good selection of new cars. May not be huge but it was enough that there was something there for everyone's who interested in a new Ford and they had a good little used section. Used didn't have prices on the window which sucked but the watching from his huge window n at the used lot did come out, greet and asked if we need help. He knew we was at service but it was cool he didn't assume we wasn't interested in buying rather he asked if we needed help and we replied, just looking!!!!! And when I cashed out at service, I told the young lady of my check in and she gave me the free car wash. She she I was the 2nd person who has checked in and asked. Come on Tularians!!!! Horrendous Service! Service has never been all that great in the Service Department but lately it's beyond repair. They are liars and thieves. When they think you don't have extended warranty they charge you twice as much as they charge the warranty company. Also, their office is really disorganized and the "advisors" don't communicate with each other. Because of that, your car sits there for a week for a simple oil change. On one occasion they confused my car with another one and I kept getting updates from multiple advisors with different status and ETAs. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

On January 7 2022, I went online to order running boards for my Ford Ranger through Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare, Ca. and spoke with Tim who had ordered them for me and stated they would arrive by Friday, 14 January 2022. According to their website they charge $50.00 for labor or to have installed, I advised Tim I would like the install labor service as well, he OK'd it. On 13 January 2022 (11:30am) Will Tiesiera Ford (Tim, the caller) phoned me to let me know the running boards have arrived and would transfer me to Sales, but when I spoke with Sales they wanted to charge me $350.00 to have them installed. I advised them it was on their own website to have charged $50.00 for the labor to have installed. He stated he wouldn't check his own website to find out as if I'm lying but to instead have me show proof on "his" website by printing the amount of $50.00 for labor, as if he didn't believe me! And then wouldn't even bother to check his own website to see the proof. To me, that's very lazy and unprofessional to not do his job correctly! I have not paid for the running boards yet because they are still at the Ford dealership. I did not sign for anything since it was a phone order, therefore I will not be buying these running boards until they honor the $50.00 for the labor. I refuse to do this salesperson's job if he can't do it himself! I didn't realize people can be that lazy, wow. I will not be purchasing the running boards. I can install these on my own vehicle myself if I have to within 15-20 minutes, but unable to due to shoulder injury I sustained in Baghdad while serving for the U.S. Army. Left my vehicle for AC service they called me after 6 hours and said the system was contaminated and they would have to evacuate the system and recharged and that it would be ready for pick up in 45 min. Got there in 45 min to pickup and waited an hour more still not ready then said I would have to leave vehicle there over the weekend as they were not finished. Don't shop here and don't try and get your vehicle serviced here. Before covid and during covid I have set 4 appointments to have recall work or to have a serious issue worked on. All 4 times my appointments have been canceled with no option to reschedule in any reasonable time. I even tried to walk in and dropy car off. This time they told minimum 3 weeks before they would even try to schedule me. I explained the issue, I've also explained that I've attempted to set appointments and they have canceled all of them on me claiming to have over booked everytime. When I reach out to customer service I am turned away. I boughtu car here and believe in continuing to bring my business to somewhere I have established a relationship with. This is not a place that wants a continued relationship. They want your money, and that's it. They will brush you off and disregard your service concerns. As a consumer we deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not spoken down to, given 1 word answers and repeatedly turned away when my safety and the life of my car I purchased from them is at stake. I've been looking for a Focus ST for a few weeks now and wasn't having any luck. I went to other dealerships and they either sold the car before i went to get it or just tried to screw me over or simply would not work with me since I'm a first time buyer. So my roommate widened the search radius by 500 miles and we found Will Tiesiera Ford and they had a used ST for sale. Note before I continue I will say that we live in Long Beach and Will Tiesiera is in Tulare, CA 200 miles away. So my roommates mom calls and Wayne answered the phone and she's telling him that i have a pre approved draft for a certain amount and the rest we would be paying with cash. We tell Wayne that we want a set price if we're gonna drive 200 miles to get a car. So my roommate is negotiating with Wayne over the phone trying to get him to lower the walkout amount to a price I can afford and then he says let him see what he can do with the price. He calls back and says a lower lower amount but it wasn't quite enough to where I could afford so we say oh ok and we say have a nice day and we hang up. Now he knows what I can afford, he just has to lowered it to that amount and he sold a car and he knows that. So he calls back and says ok we can do it when can you come in! Perfect! See this is how it should work with all dealerships but of course it doesn't. So we tell him we it can't be today so probably on Friday, It was Monday when we called. He says alright then. So the next day Wayne calls back and is asking about my Pre Approved Draft and then transfers me to the Financial Manager Sean. He's asking me about my Draft I have and he's telling me what I will need and what I need to do in order to buy the car. He gives me his personal number so I can contact him if I have any questions. A few days go by and I've been in contact with Sean through the whole Process and I get everything needed in order to get the car when we drive 200 miles because we don't want to have to drive back in order to have something signed you know. So Friday comes around and Wayne calls and we tell him when we plan to leave he says alright, he then lets us know that he probably wont be around by the time we get there and says when we get there to ask for Randy. We say ok got it. So we leave and we're stuck in traffic for 2 hours and I message Sean because the GPS says we're gonna be there 20 minutes before they close. Sean says alright no problem. So we finally get there and the car is a Beauty and Randy comes out and we take it for a test drive and it's awesome so we go inside and meet Sean and we do all the paper work with no BS or anything. They treated us like normal people as every dealership should and were very nice. They recommended us a few places to eat in Tulare as well. We got there at 7:40PM and left about 8:30PM I think. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out of there quickly. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a car! They treat you with respect and like normal people which is rare now days. Grrrrr...I'm so upset. My apointment today for my oil change on my car was at 930 am...and as I'm sitting here writing this ( 12:07pm) my car has yet not been worked on!!! Apparently my car will be done at 1:30!! This is unacceptable, I called to make my apointment on Monday, and according to the receptionist there wouldnt be a problem with wait time. Thankfully I was shuttled back at home in the morning, but if I would of stayed, I'm sure I would of had my car done sooner. What's the point of making an apointment? My car is under warranty, I'm going to investigate and see if I can do my car needs elsewhere. I'm so disappointed! The customer service representative was ready to assist me immediately. I was unsure that I was going to be able to get the part I was looking for considering the age of my vehicle. I bought a brand new 2012 F150 from Tiesiera that blew an engine and needed a replacement under warranty. It kept going into failsafe mode - had to pick it up countless times only to return it over and over across many months. I ended up going through a 6 month process and do a lemon law because they couldn't properly install the new engine. A lemon law is not "free" by the way, you have to pay for the "good" mileage and it cost me about $20,000. I have gone in there for service several times since, always with rigid, inflexible, and difficult service reps... Just do yourself a favor and go to Visalia Ford for your service. As for sales, can't comment since I don't have experience with Visalia Ford in terms of sales. I assume you'd want to buy from a dealer you can get decent service at, though. read more

On Sunday, November 29, 2015, I was traveling back to Southern California on the 99 South bound. All of a sudden my truck blew a #4 cylinder plug and harness. I had my wife and two young daughter's with me and was in a bit of a jam. I had to spend the night in Tulare and the first thing in the morning I went to Will Tiesiera Ford. I was interested in buy a particular car that they had in stock. We had negotiated a deal over the phone and I purchased my airplane tickets to go pick up the vehicle. The night before I was to leave for Tulares, I called to confirm and they suddenly told me that they had swapped out the wheels of the car. They sent me pictures of the wheels and they were damaged and scratched. Obviously, this vehicle was no longer in a sellable condition. They apologized, but the damage to their reputation was already done. 1) Swapping out the original wheels with damaged ones, 2) Telling me about it only the night before I was to arrive and 3) Not doing anything to remedy the situation were all things that this dealership did that were unprofessional and demonstrated poor service practices. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Ford car in California. read more
