    91 Days now without a truck, due to the faulty maintenance of this dealer and service department!! Thank goodness the State of California has the BAR, who investigated this incident!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY MAINTENANCE! Especially not an oil change!! It turns out, they put 3.5 qts of excess oil in my truck, then tried to blame me for a blown motor! True amateur work at this location! Good luck!

    Service Dept was great and took care of my oil change on time and returned to me timely. They didn't hassle me or recommend anything that I didn't need right now. Very friendly gentleman!!! Next time I'm in need of service and I'm the area, I'm coming back!!! They guys also said since waiting have some coffee and donuts in the lounge!!! They cashier was super friendly too!!! And she was knowledgeable about my services received today. This is a super clean place and well maintained. Friendly and professional staffs. They had a good selection of new cars. May not be huge but it was enough that there was something there for everyone's who interested in a new Ford and they had a good little used section. Used didn't have prices on the window which sucked but the watching from his huge window n at the used lot did come out, greet and asked if we need help. He knew we was at service but it was cool he didn't assume we wasn't interested in buying rather he asked if we needed help and we replied, just looking!!!!! And when I cashed out at service, I told the young lady of my check in and she gave me the free car wash. She she I was the 2nd person who has checked in and asked. Come on Tularians!!!! Get the yelping and check into this Ford!!!! Thanks Ford for the oil change; my ride home will be more at ease knowing I got serviced today!!!!!

    On January 7 2022, I went online to order running boards for my Ford Ranger through Will Tiesiera Ford in Tulare, Ca. and spoke with Tim who had ordered them for me and stated they would arrive by Friday, 14 January 2022. According to their website they charge $50.00 for labor or to have installed, I advised Tim I would like the install labor service as well, he OK'd it. On 13 January 2022 (11:30am) Will Tiesiera Ford (Tim, the caller) phoned me to let me know the running boards have arrived and would transfer me to Sales, but when I spoke with Sales they wanted to charge me $350.00 to have them installed. I advised them it was on their own website to have charged $50.00 for the labor to have installed. He stated he wouldn't check his own website to find out as if I'm lying but to instead have me show proof on "his" website by printing the amount of $50.00 for labor, as if he didn't believe me! And then wouldn't even bother to check his own website to see the proof. To me, that's very lazy and unprofessional to not do his job correctly! I have not paid for the running boards yet because they are still at the Ford dealership. I did not sign for anything since it was a phone order, therefore I will not be buying these running boards until they honor the $50.00 for the labor. I refuse to do this salesperson's job if he can't do it himself! I didn't realize people can be that lazy, wow. I will not be purchasing the running boards. I can install these on my own vehicle myself if I have to within 15-20 minutes, but unable to due to shoulder injury I sustained in Baghdad while serving for the U.S. Army. I will look elsewhere for running boards, but not through Ford.

Recently I put an inquiry for a Mazda Miata they had on the lot at the Lindsay location. Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.
