They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. I called to complain about the tardiness of the catering crew as well as the quality of food. The manager Toni would not answer my call so I had to leave a detailed message along with my name and number. Toni called the bride, not me and told my dad's new bride that I was posing as her and that I said the crew was mean. This was a complete lie, as I left MY name and MY phone number. Not once did I complain about the catering crew. However, after I left the voicemail for Toni, a guest at the wedding heard the crew talking about how my sister and i were angry and that we were going to call and complain (while they were not discourteous to us or our guests, the fact that a guest overheard this is unprofessional. I called Toni again to clarify that I was NOT complaining about the staff but the quality of food and tardiness - and also mentioned the overheard conversation (ofcourse Toni did not take my call). I told her to call me, as this was my dad's big day an there was no need to further ruin his wedding by having to deal with the poor service and quality of food provided by Schroeder's Catering.
