They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. They also hired a DJ and I believe it was one of the owners that was the bartender drinks that were included with that party at no additional cost were Coke products and bottled water. Parking is primarily in the front however there is a road in the back of gravel road that if you're wanting to surprise somebody that you can park in the back.
