The second we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a fellow who was very knowledgeable. he told us he not only knew about shutters, but he used to build them years ago- so he told us about the difference between wood and manmade shutters, and the reason why it's good to have aluminum in the center if you have 4 1/2 inch shutters. He also showed us the many styles in the showroom, which he said is the best one in Naples. He offered us waters and snacks. Bonus! We were talking to him for about an hour about the different styles, sizes, colors, lengths and alternatives. He knew his shutters- that is for sure!!!! We left no stone unturned. We gave him our information so he could have someone come out and take measurements and offer suggestions and give us a quote. The next day we received a call for someone to come out- wow!!!
