This place is AWFUL. I went here for a pedicure and manicure and will never ever go back, even if it's the last nail salon this side of the Mississippi. This was one of the worst nail experiences I've had in my life. To begin, I was a walk in. I picked my polish while waiting for a slot to open, then sat down in the pedicure seat - only to put my feet in ICE COLD WATER. Brrrrrr! I waited about ten minutes, then a lady came over and turned on the jets, and the water finally started getting warm. About ten minutes later, the lady grabbed my foot out of the water and started giving me several one word commands. I speak four languages. I didn't understand what she wanted. She finally just started grabbing my feet and moving them around. She then said "tickle." And I got that she wanted to know if I was ticklish, so I said yes. Two swipes of the pumice stone and my feet were left with plenty of calluses. She then dried my feet, and put ONE COAT of polish on my toes. One. No base coat, no top coat. When I got into the light later, I saw she'd missed the corners and ends of my nails. Then, on to manicure. I was just going to get a basic shellac. I use my hands a lot and I'm low maintenance, so I didn't want anything insane. She kept saying "French manicure. Well do French manicure." I said no, I just want shellac. We went back and forth and finally I said fine, whatever. I so she plunked my hands down in another vat of cold liquid, which is fine because I was pretty steamed at this point. So did my cuticles, and they look ok, but then she took the file and really sawed at my nails. It HURT. I said I didn't want square ends, and again, it was a fight to get what I wanted. They're still fault squared off, but at least she evened them out a little. I waited for her to clean up the ends - how could she miss the ragged bits sticking out? But nope, she started applying polish immediately. She did this while talking to other people, looking around and generally not paying attention. Three days later, my nails look ok. The polish is bubbling and lifting off two fingernails. My toes? Thank god no one looks at them closely. I'll be redoing them soon. And how much was all this? Well, the reason she insisted on the French manicure is because it was more expensive. Prices aren't clearly displayed for these things. And when I said no tip - she wanted to argue about that, too! What an awful, awful experience. This place is to be avoided. read more

I went for a pedicure after this spa was recommended to me and had a great experience. I did the $40 pedicure (not sure what this option was called), which include a hot stone massage. The man was attentive to my feet and nails, did a good job working on the calluses without being too rough, and gave my feet and calves a very nice massage. The massage chair was also very nice and relaxing. I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in town! read more

I've given this salon a number of chances but every time I'm treated like a nuisance. I always have an appointment but get rushed and Tony is paying attention to everything else going on. Last time, Anna started my nails and then sent me for my pedicure with their employee and took another client. Tony came over and quickly ran the electric filer over my nails painfully cutting two cuticles, with no apology. He didn't finish the job after I squealed in pain! Later Anna applied my polish although I pointed out my nails were still uneven. I've never complained to them before. Later in daylight I can see that my nails were not finished. However, their employee did an excellent pedicure. They just lost a good customer! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I went with two other people to get services and they did half of our requests but then took customers who came in after us, instead of finishing us. My own fingers were cut and when I asked for one type of manicure he ignored my request and did what he wanted. When I asked why they didn't finish our service and took other customers they said "sorry, we don't have time." I cannot stress how horrible the place is, rude the employees are and how careless they are with cleanliness and cutting customers' hands and feet. I now have to go to a different nail salon to clean up their mess. read more

Don't go here!! Rude owner, expensive 'service' and dirty equipment. Because I liked the owner's sister Lien, I was a loyal customer for four years. Lien was kind , thorough and professional. I always avoided the salon when she was in Vietnam., however. She has now left (apparently) and the owner will not say where she is, I will not go back. The owner and her husband are rude, argumentative do not have even business-like courtesy. I feel like I am imposing when I give them my $70+!!! Plus, the equipment is filthy!!
