The technician left me mid-service for about 45 minutes to completely service another customer (toes, manicure, and even an eyebrow wax). This woman was not a regular at this salon and did not even ask for the other services until after her pedicure/toe polish. This was unprofessional and disrespectful. A paying customer should never be abandoned halfway through a service so someone else can be taken. The technician acted like it was no big deal when she got back to me. Just commented how easy my SNS came off. While the final result looked fine, the service was overpriced, and there was no pricing posted online or in the salon. Multiple customers were visibly frustrated as well during my visit. Based on this experience, I would not recommend and do not plan to return. I did not say much during my visit as I am not one to complain or have confrontations with others.

1 Star - Two experiences, same problem: rudeness and overcharging…read more I really wanted to give this place another chance, but after two separate bad experiences a year apart, I feel obligated to warn others. First experience (on my birthday last year): I called ahead asking for a gel pedicure and nails and clearly told them I had longer nails. I was told to come in right away. When I arrived, I noticed it was close to closing, but they told me to come. While I was finishing my pedicure, the owner began yelling at me, saying I should have come another day and should have been aware of the time--despite the phone call confirming I could come in. This was especially upsetting because it was my birthday, and I was recovering from a serious car accident. My father was treating me just to give me a little happiness during a hard time. The owner made me extremely uncomfortable the entire nail service. Another staff member actually told me to leave without paying for the pedicure because of how rude the owner was. I paid anyway, but I left feeling awful. Second experience (one year later): Against my better judgment, I returned earlier in the day with my mom and dad. All three of us got pedicures, and I asked--very clearly--if there was time for a gel acrylic fill. They said yes. My father prepaid for everything. Later, we realized he was charged around $180, which made no sense. When I called the salon to confirm pricing, I was told: * Gel pedicure: $50 * Gel acrylic fill: $55 * Gel add-on: $5 * Broken nail repair: possibly $5 extra That should have totaled around $105, not $180. When my father called to question the charge, they claimed it was because my nails were long and "took more time." That excuse doesn't hold up. The nail tech did not reshape my nails, rushed through the fill, and I even commented on how fast the service was. On top of that, I tipped $15. What makes this worse is that the woman on the phone originally said I should not have been charged that amount and didn't understand why I was--yet nothing was done. No refund. No accountability. Just excuses. To add insult to injury, the nail that was supposedly "repaired" started lifting the very next day, and I couldn't even go back to have it fixed. Bottom line: There are a few decent nail techs here, but it is not worth the risk. The customer service is terrible, pricing is inconsistent, and they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them--even when you're paying. Overcharging someone because you think you can get away with it is unacceptable. I will never return, and I strongly recommend going elsewhere
