    Bad haircut

I asked when I walked in with my dog how much it would be for a straight, single length cut and wash on my 74 lb Bouvier and was quoted $100. My dog got a poor cut (body 1/2" long hair, hair on top of his head, 2" and uneven. His jowls stick out like "wolverine", and he's still got hair hanging in his mouth) and I got a $150 bill (I even fixed a cabinet door for them, for free). Will never go back, or recommend.

Great friendly owners and staff take extra sweet care of our boys, and we are very particular about them as I'm sure most pet people are. It's small and personal, with a nice indoor play area plus a nice retail selection of food, toys and more. Our boys are always happy and seem to really enjoy their stay there. I would definitely recommend Critter Cafe!

I've met the dedicated people that work here ( small handful) which is nice and they all are super sweet toward my pup. I own a dachshund and I get very nervous about how he should be picked up & held due to their prevalent back issues that can occur. I made it clear to them and they didn't brush me off which was a big plus. I feel my pup is loved & safe and getting lots of free play when he is there. It is not a huge f place But the two areas they have for daycare are more than sufficient for the pups to play comfortably & get their energy out. My Radar loves it & comes home ready to rest. They also have a little yard so the pups get outside as well as inside play a few times a day. If you're looking for a smaller intimate place where your dog will be loved and cared for this is the place. The employees have been there a long time. Added plus, they have lots of dog supplies there when u walk in as well... leashes, harnesses dog toys, dog food, etc.

I was initially very pleased with Furry Land Mobile Dog Grooming. I used them once, was happy with…read morethe service, and scheduled my next appointment for two months later. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 9:00 AM. However, on Thursday, I received an email stating that my appointment had been successfully rescheduled to a different time. The problem was that I never requested a reschedule. If Furry Land needed to change my appointment, I would have expected a phone call to discuss available options rather than receiving an automated notification that the appointment had already been moved. The new appointment time did not work for me, so I called to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, I reached an answering service. They said they would contact the franchise owner and have someone call me back. Later, I received a call from a woman who identified herself as the manager. When I explained my concern, she repeatedly told me that she had not rescheduled the appointment and that "the system" had done it. While that may have been true, it completely missed the point of my concern. My issue was not who or what changed the appointment--it was that the appointment was changed without my knowledge, approval, or input. Rather than acknowledging that frustration or offering a solution, the conversation kept returning to the fact that the system made the change. At that point, I realized we were not going to reach an understanding, so I asked that my appointment be canceled and decided to find another mobile groomer. I made one phone call and secured an appointment with another groomer for the very next day. The grooming service itself was good, which makes this experience disappointing. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the quality of the grooming, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

The staff is helpful, but on a recent shopping trip, after loading up the cart, I expected to be rung up quickly. Unfortunately, the employee at the register didn't discount several sale items that I had purchased. Not wanting to lose money, I pointed this out to the employee and he rang everything up again. This store is about average for Petsmart, no complaints, although they could spend more time training their employees. I haven't used the grooming service here, so I can't speak about that. This store looks clean and I was greeted when walking in. Even though checking out took awhile, it's not a bad experience to shop here. Prices and selection are much better than the grocery store. My pets appreciate the variety of foods that a specialty store can offer. Petsmart is a store that I'll always shop at.

Our dog is missing 11 teeth and has never bitten anyone. He's groomed at the Pine Ridge PetSmart, and at two locations in New York. None of them have had any problems with him. In fact they say he's a sweet dog. The employees, the groomers and the manager of the store were all very rude and difficult to work with. We called corporate to register a formal complaint. They told us they would get back to us within 24 hours, but never returned our calls so apparently corporate is also not concerned with customer service. Do not bring your dog to this location. The groomers are nasty and they don't treat the dogs well
