This Petsmart is in a good location, but the store is smaller than the one on Pine. Parking is good and they have a decent selection of pet foods and supplies. The staff is helpful, but on a recent shopping trip, after loading up the cart, I expected to be rung up quickly. Unfortunately, the employee at the register didn't discount several sale items that I had purchased. Not wanting to lose money, I pointed this out to the employee and he rang everything up again. This store is about average for Petsmart, no complaints, although they could spend more time training their employees. I haven't used the grooming service here, so I can't speak about that. This store looks clean and I was greeted when walking in. Even though checking out took awhile, it's not a bad experience to shop here. Prices and selection are much better than the grocery store. My pets appreciate the variety of foods that a specialty store can offer. Petsmart is a store that I'll always shop at. read more

We schedule an appointment for grooming and had to wait four weeks. When we brought our 10 pound Pomeranian in the dog groomer refused to groom him. She said that he was a biter. Our dog is missing 11 teeth and has never bitten anyone. He's groomed at the Pine Ridge PetSmart, and at two locations in New York. None of them have had any problems with him. In fact they say he's a sweet dog. The employees, the groomers and the manager of the store were all very rude and difficult to work with. We called corporate to register a formal complaint. They told us they would get back to us within 24 hours, but never returned our calls so apparently corporate is also not concerned with customer service. Do not bring your dog to this location. I took my 2 Havanna Sik dogs to the east Naples Petsmart. Justina was the groomer. she was the rudest person. I have never been treated so badly. why a store would keep her on I don't know. I watched her with other dogs. clearly she hates her job. Go elsewhere. The worst! read more

Store staff is great they have helped me several times. But the grooming staff is the worse. We walked in to bring our dog for a grooming service and we could see that the lady who was giving a doggy a bath, was pulling him and yanking him from his collar. They canceled our appointment on the spot because we required. A trim. In which we agreed and asked to rescheduled. The ladies were so rude. Like they were just trying to find an excuse to not want to reschedule. And when we brought him to the new appointment. They were not able to do what they needed to do. My dog is a calm dog and he has never had a problem with other grooming services before. But the lady were just mean and rude, giving us an attitude and blaming the dog. It was easy to notice that the other dogs there in the grooming service were not happy with the ladies who were taking care of them. read more

Waited over a month for grooming appointment and when my husband got there this morning the doors were locked. When they finally came out they told him he was late and they wouldn't groom the dogs. Scheduled a first puppy appointment for grooming. Just 16 weeks that day. Amanda refused to do the grooming due to a vaccination that couldn't even be done until 4 months. Vet pushed back the vaccination due to puppy's small size. Just 2.3 lbs. Only one dog there while two other groomers sat around doing nothing. Lousy customer service!!!!!!!!! read more

Great customer service. I was there early. They weren't open yet. However, the groomer actually came to the door to tell me it would be a few more minutes. She asked what I was shopping for. She knew exactly what I needed. She went into the store, got what I needed, and brought it to the checkout stand for me. Now that's what I call service. I like using this PetSmart. It is near the intersection of Collier and 41 in a new mall. It has a lot to offer for a small store. The employees are friendly and helpful. I even called for advice on my fish and the employee was knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going there for a little over a year since they opened and am happy with their service. We took our dog to PetSmart for grooming. I booked first appt in AM. He's only 12 pounds. We were told it would be about 3 hours. 4 hours later we called and were told it would a little while longer since the groomer was doing 3 dogs at once. We went to the store after 41/2 hours and he still wasn't done! We were told that we could book a "private Appt for $11 more". What!! After 5 hours he was done and was done mediocre. The groomer was obviously rushed and had 2 more dogs waiting. Never again PetSmart! You've lost our business! read more

I have been in customer service for many years and this is some of the best customer service I have ever had! I wish I knew this guys name but didn't think to ask in the moment but I would guess he is the manager and if not he should be! I came in with my not even a year old boxer puppy today not really knowing what I needed but we needed to switch her food. When I walked in I had just gotten off of work and was clearly struggling a little as this is my puppy's favorite store, he asked what we needed and as he is telling me what I should do for her food my puppy had an accident on the floor! He really quick ran and got some stuff to clean it as I am apologizing over and over it didn't phase him at all and he moved on to helping me with her food, then took the food up to the front for me! When I got up there he was fixing a cart too (which I appreciate because if you go to Walmart or anywhere really they all just put the broken carts back with the working ones) and he stopped and even carried the food out to my car for me too! We have taken our dogs to be groomed three times. A Westie and Australian Terrier. First time was okay 3+ Starnot really 4. Second time my wife picked them up and was very unhappy. They were hardly cut. No shape to the cut . Two Stars She wanted to try one last time so we did. 1-11-18 They have a small poorly marked button to ring before the store opens at 9. My appointment was at 8 I was early. Finally knocked on window and someone came to let me and two to her parties inn. The help could see from the inside that there were several parties waiting. Would they come to the door? No Way. Picked up Dogs Westie was cut terribly. Skirt half way up the side long hair on legs and very fuzzy. I aske to have the skirt trimmed down. They didn't understand. Ended up cutting skirt off entirely and did not understand what was meant by a carrot cut tail. The Terrier was hardly cut and I am sure it was not bathed. Hair was still long and dirty. As far as prices for treats go . You could buy the same product at Publix for less. We will take our dogs to the local Vets and pay 5$ more and get it done right. Its not the price it is satisfaction.These poor groomers need education. 1 Star We'll never return read more

i will never go back there they charge for nail grinding and i watched them clip his nails there is only a two dollar difference that is not the point my dogs ouick can be cut very easily and add it up for the company 2 here 2 there over a day month year go figure the girls are good the company is bad i am sure they are following company policies bad business read more
