We originally called Jeff to talk about fixing our drainage issues - our yard would flood every time it rained, and pool near the patio and foundation. Jeff was so thorough and explained where all our pain points were and how we could most effectively fix them. We decided to install French drains and pumps on both sides of the house to get water moving the right direction. Once we started digging, Jeff and his team realized we could make the drainage work without pumps by grading the yard differently - saving us tons of money! Naturally, we got excited and decided to increase the scope of work to include more landscaping, a few footpaths, small seating area, a bunch of sod for a new lawn, irrigation and a ton of new plants and trees. Jeff and Courtney checked in with us about budget throughout the whole project, making sure to send us new estimates when I got excited about adding something else to the revamp.
