What I like is that even if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they can order them and usually have them delivered the next day. Fast, convenient, and reliable service. Apparently she thought my truck was in her path, because she came up to it, started banging on the side, and cussing at me. Obviously that had nothing to do with the shop or its employees, but it definitely reinforced my impression of the surrounding area. Raja, a contractor working for my company, performed Facebook and Craigslist advertising work on our behalf. We have screenshots documenting the advertising work being performed and reported to Alicia's Tires. The outstanding amount we have requested for two months of advertising services is approximately $800, and it remains unpaid. I personally attempted to contact Francisco to resolve the issue. When I explained who I was and the reason for my call, he ended the call. I subsequently sent a text seeking to resolve the payment matter and did not receive a response. I have documentation of the advertising activity, communications, and payment requests. As of the date of this post, the approximately $800 balance remains unresolved. Based on my company's experience, I would advise anyone providing services to this business to make sure the scope of work, payment amount, and payment schedule are clearly documented in advance.
