I needed my A/C repaired, and a window replaced. I called and was able to bring my car in the next day! The office was clean, I was greeted as I walked in.. I gave the information to "Junior" he took my keys and said he would check out my car. I left the car, the very next morning I received a call from Junior, he explained what was needed and how long it would take, and the price. Wow..what a relief to know I wouldn't have to sell my kidneys (lol). I had the A/C repaired by a shop in Yucaipa less than a year ago, the manager of that shop was very unpleasant and said he would get to my car when he had time. All of my 4 tires were really bad and my uncle referred me to check this place out because he's only gotten tires from them. My boyfriend and I finally had the chance to go and get new tires & the whole interaction from beginning to end was great. En route from LA to Las Vegas, we stopped in San Bernardino for a restroom break and gas as there was a lot of traffic on the Friday after Christmas. While pulling out of the gas station, my car let me know I had low tire pressure and I found a nail in one of the tires. Ugh! There was traffic everywhere in the middle of rural California on a COLD afternoon. I was STRESSED out as I've never dealt with tire issues on my own before. AAA said it would take up to an hour for roadside service to show up. Greeeeat and they can tow me or change my tire with the spare I have in my trunk. I can't drive on the donut all the way to Vegas! I still had a LONG way to go to Vegas for a 3-day trip. What was I going to do?! Yelp brought me to Bob & Al's. I called and the gentleman I spoke to asked I fill up the tire with an excess of air so I can make the 20-minute drive via surface street to their full service tire shop. OK -- figuring out how to use the "Air" machine at the gas station is a whole adventure on its own but we figured it out with the kind help of strangers. When I finally got to Bob & Al's, he quickly looked at my tire and said he can patch it up from the inside and it'll be good to go. I wouldn't need a new tire. The last time I had a nail in a tire, Firestone in LA barely looked at it (nail in similar position) and told me I needed a new tire. That was a $180 experience. Bob & Al's checked the pressure in all my tires and filled them up appropriately, removed and legitimately patched up my tires and gave me a quick lesson on tire maintenance (check the pressure every month! And fill it up for gas efficiency --- I kid you not, NO ONE has ever told me that and I was grateful to be told this). We were at Bob & Al's for 20 minutes and all of that was just $10. Such nice people. I felt very taken care of and got to Vegas and back to LA without a problem! read more

Total frauds & rip off... had our rims for 2 weeks got them back and they were so warped it screwed my suspension on my CL65 AMG, took them back and they had them 4 weeks and when I picked them up they were covered in dust & webs in a corner and nothing had been done except they now had more scratches. Asked for my money back, which I should have given him the $5500 bill for my suspension repair, but they still refuse to give me back the $1400 I paid read more

They're helpful, honest, and have good prices. Junior has helped me a few times since I've been buying tires here. Needed a ride one time while waiting for work to be done and he hooked me up. Another time I got a blow out on a new set of tires. I took the car in expecting to pay for a new tire, but he replaced it for free. Decided on a less expensive set of tires on another car, only to find out they were putting the more expensive tires for the same price cause they were short one tire. When I got a blow out on my newer Camry, I went in trying to match the tire. Junior could have sold me the tire knowing it was expensive, but he offered a much less expensive tire with an equal warranty. Brought in my truck to have the A.C. looked at. First I was charged for fluid and a leak, was over $700. Picked up the vehicle, A.C. was still malfunctioning. Returned the vehicle only to be told it was now the motor, charged another $235. The A.C. was making a horrible sound and STILL no cold air. Returned it, was not charged the third time and left with the SAME exact issues. A.c. was rigged to work for about 3-5 days each time. Now being told the compressor us the issue and was quoted $521 to fix the issue that was NEVER fixed to begin with. Unless you need used tires this is NOT the place to waste your hard earned money!! If they would have said they didn't know how, or couldn't fix the problem ORIGINALLY I would have more respect. read more

BMW was seriously in need of some TLC! From bad leak, brakes, tires, and shall go on down list. The dealership wanted thousands to fix. I took paperwork to them. I've been giving my business to this place since 2005 back when Al was running the shop. Honestly, I've never had a bad experience. All of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that they are very honest with you. Unlike other shops that lie to you just to make some money and try to rip you off. The workers here do great quality work, they are reasonable with their prices on all products and labor. I normally come for tires & brake jobs. I just recently got a new set of tires, new shocks and struts put on my truck and they look and feel amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come to this place, do not feel skeptical.
