Horrible place with horrible service. I went there to fix a flat and was supposed to be next in line but because I didn't speak Spanish the guy came after me had his tire fixed first. I didn't say anything but the worst prejudice experience happened next when I go my tire finally fixed. I pulled out a $20 to pay for it because that's what I heard the guy say to the other guy that was done before me but the guy there said oh no it's $25 now prices went up. Came to get a tire patch for a punctured tire and left with a shredded tire , if the puncture was in the middle why scrape the tire inside the edges to the thread, I guess it's a scam for you to buy a new tire from them. Avoid this place. read more

I went in one day to get my tires aligned and the truck was dropped. Not only were there external damages, but also internal. They had promised me to take care of the problem, all on their part, but two weeks later my car still has not made any progress in being repaired and they are unwilling to pay the damages on their part as initially stated and agreed upon. Not only that, they also agreed to pay for a temporary rental car, which they are no longer paying for. They expect me to pay out of my own pocket when we clearly made an agreement now I have no car. As if this situation couldn't get any worse, I also found out at the time that the shop has no insurance. A total inconvenience causing extreme disappointment. Now reporting to better business bureau, hopefully this will soon be resolved. read more

Manual did a job that two other shops in Highland either refused to do or tried to overcharge. The Cortez shop across the street from the Baseline location actually referred me. It's only because they thought my work wouldn't make them money and why bother with small jobs. My brakes started to "chime" and I was worried that they all needed replacing. I started to call and visit places. Most places were closed and/or told me to come back earlier the following day. However, I was suggested this place and was told that they are super helpful and pretty reasonably priced. I have them a call and they told me to stop by right away to check it out. Upon arrival one of the employees said right away that it was my front brakes, I was shocked he could tell right away. They were direct, super quick, and helpful! They were able to change my brakes at a really good pace and I felt like it was a clean transaction. Now my brakes are good and I can honestly say that I will be returning. Called to inquire about tpms sensor ,they said it was 25 dollars to scan, when I asked how much for sensor, the guy said 80 to 120 dollars, when I asked if it was a genuine Toyota part, he said it was after market, dealer part over 200dollars, I spent over 20 years in the industry, dealing with same suppliers, I can tell you after market sensor runs 30 dollars, mark up is egregious, Walmart, America's tire,discount tire all do diagnostic for free, pep boys 15 dollars, Manuel's is a predator, bought a set of 4 sensors on Amazon, 46 dollars, I'll do it myself read more
