The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they really knew their stuff about surfing and paddleboarding. Her response was rude and dismissive, flat out refusing. The bubble wrap was sitting right in front of her, which made her attitude even more incomprehensible. These are delicate and expensive items, and such a complete lack of willingness to help leaves a very bad impression. I would love to recommend them based on their selection, but the service needs a major improvement.
