Quoted decent prices tree by tree and some branch work (big ones) Marco told me he would protect my yard by putting plywood down. They never put any plywood down, and tore up my yard pretty bad. After the work was supposedly done, we walked the yard and I saw he missed a big limb that was the second thing I asked him to do, (very important) The crew had packed up and took off, he was still there with me. He said initially "let me give you a $100 back" that was what was quoted for that particular limb on this water oak. I said, "No, just come back when you are in the area." He said he would be pretty close on the following Monday. Never showed, he answered a couple of texts, apologizing, but still never came. I asked him to just zelle me the $100 then. No reply. I should have taken the $100 when he offered it. Stay away! These guys aren't professional. Marco is not honest and will screw you if he gets the chance.They were dropping tall trees without regard to much. Big mess to clean up, and even dumped their lunch trash on my yard. read more

Left unsupervised workers to finish project. Who mulches in front of a gate? Not how it was beforehand. They were also supposed to dig a trench for the rocks. They did, it was only 3 inches in this area. Everything will wash away by summer. Amatuers at best. Save your money and go with a real pro read more

Do not use these guys! I normally wouldn't leave a bad review if someone at least showed up, even if their work wasn't great. I was on a deadline to get my work completed (due to selling house), and I had given Marco weeks of notice. He said 6 times they were coming to do the work 'tomorrow' or 'in the next few days', then came back with excuses before never even showing up. I did the project myself in a last minute scramble. Very disappointed. Do not recommend. Marco's crew came and worked on my yard March 8. I asked to have the area evened out, they did a more severe grading, cutting one corner of my yard down three feet. OK, not what I had in mind, but I could deal with that . They finished in the rain, I paid them, which became my mistake. When the rain stopped and I could walk out I discovered three unfinished areas. *They had left a ditch in an area I specifically indicated needed to be filled in. *They has tossed 8-10 foot vines in the neighbor's yard *The top layer of dirt had been pushed to the side and left in a pile I communicated with Marco MANY times. On four occasions I was told he would come. It is now May 6. I have cancelled appointments and I have missed optimal times for sowing seeds and I am going to move on. read more

This tree service average at best. I feel they did a safe job , such as not hitting my house. their attention to detail not close to standard for a professional tree service. Yard was left with debris until I urged them to cleanup better. I've used other tree services up in NE Georgia on a rental, you hardly knew they were there. Marco is not a man of his word he didn't do what work we agreed on which was tree trimming, removal of small trees, stump grinding, pave out backyard and dig rocks out. He only did half the job and didnt grind any stomps, remove all the small trees and didn't remove any rocks like discussed. He is not worth your time or money!!! read more

Marco's crew did fine cutting down the trees and limbs as requested. However, He unnecessarily drove his track loader back and forth through the backyard, and destroyed most of the new grass that was recently planted. He claims that it was the only way to pick up the limbs that were cut, which was certainly not true. The crew could have easily cut the limbs up into smaller sections and removed them by hand. He was just in too much of a hurry and did not provide the expected standard of care. After confronting Marco about the situation he agreed to compensate me by lowering the price $100 and giving me $20 cash to cover the cost of the seeds. I thought this was fair and reasonable. This was short lived however... The next day he was scheduled to finish with the stump grinding, but stated that I still needed to pay him the full contracted amount before he finished. During our phone conversation he was extremely confrontational and yelled the whole time. Stating he never agreed to anything, which was a blatant lie. Marco is very unprofessional and I would not recommend. Furthermore he also cut down several smaller trees on the neighbors yard without permission in order to make his job easier. read more
