Ordered/delivered via Doordash. A medium thin crust cheese with bacon and pepperoni. It was not worth the price. The crust was okay. It wasn't crispy, but it was hard (almost like a stale texture), there was no visible sauce and the cheese was not stringy...it had a texture similar to eating a cold pizza. I know the pic looks good and that's what made me order in the first place. This is a cautionary tale not to make the mistake I dod. Definitely not a place I'd go to again. read more

Worse Marcos location ever.. Stopped in to grab a pie and wings on the way home from the airport. To start the girls behind the counter were all unprofessional, playing around with their cell phones. Another one eating food right near the area where pizza pies are placed for pickup . The floors and tables were messy, and they overcharged me for my food and they cut the pie incorrectly. My 1 Star is for the food and not the customer services . Marcos pizza is TRASH! Yuck . Disgusting . Unbelievable. The pizza was just bland and hard to digest. The GARDEN salad was AMAZING!! It included Fresh-cut lettuce blend, cheddar cheese, black olives, onions, green peppers, sliced tomatoes and croutons. I love fresh raw onions . The pizza not so great . I have tried on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS to support this subpar pizza eatery. My last order the pizza was over 20 minutes late per the estimated delivery time and cold. The delivery driver didn't even have my pizza in the carry bag to keep it "warm". I tried them again today (9/13/23), I place my order online early(10:45a to be exact), so early until I received an email stating that I could start tracking my order at 11:15a. I did just that and NOT TO MY SURPRISE I could not track my order. I got the order being prepared message. Being patient I kind of figured it would be at my home by NOON, I live less that 15 mins away. But not to my SURPRISE the GUARANTEED TIME OF NOON (12:00p) of course WAS NOT MET. I called the store at 12:15p and the young lady I spoke with (very nice and professional) told me that she had just got there but let her reach out to the delivery driver. She came back on the line and said it looks as if he took the far out orders out first and is coming to you next. And he's the manager so speak to him, I did just that and he gave some half crap excuse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I did not receive my order until 12:25p with the GUARANTEED TIME OF 12:00p. I will never order anything from this location again. I should've followed my first mind, as I have in the past, and ordered from the Fulton Industrial location. The subs are good something i can said that's good. I order a large salad, I added ham, grill chicken for a large salad i only received one slice of ham that was cut up to make it look like it was a lot, the grill chicken i only received four small pieces. I ate a Parmesan crust pepperoni pizza from here and it was delivered . It wasn't Fresh as I would've liked it but the sauce was good and tasty and pepperoni's were crispy. VERY RUDE & IGNORANT MANAGER/OWNER!!! I have patronized this location regularly since they opened with little to no issues. I guess that was a front to gain the business. I love Marco's Pizza and this location is a few miles away from me, but going forward I will past this location up to go 50 miles away WALKING to another location before I patronize this one again. I refuse to spend my money at an establishement that do not acknowledged or remember Customer Service goes a long way, especially when YOUR ESTABLISHMENT was at fault for the error. I was willing to wave off the fact that I received ANOTHER coupon code via text that did not work and it was not expired. I get texted coupons regularly and use them when placing my order online with no problem, HOWEVER when this happened before the code wad honored at pick up, but today I called before placing the order and the manager was a bit agitated because apparently multiple customers had this issue, so he yelled what code do you have with a nasty attitude and I advised the yelling is not necessary, and provided the code and he yelled AGAIN that's not the right code. However, the delivery experience I had with this particular store was less than pleasing. 35 mins later than promised delivery time, the pizza And wings were room temperature at best and the kids cheese pizza looked like it had been laying on it's side. Customer service doesn't matter at this location. There is a major disconnect with this establishment and others that serve within the same industry. The "GM" Octavius has a permanent frown on his face, probably needs a major vacation and break. His customer service skills are non existent and it trickles down to his employees. I've gone to this location on 3 separate occasions and had settled on them being my go to for pizza. Each time I've gone the pizza has been prepared without any type of extra seasoning or cheese on top after it's been cooked. Today when it came out, the young man opened the box to verifying my order. I immediately didn't recognize the pizza because I've never gotten it that way the other 2 times. When I mentioned that, the "GM" Octavius butted in to ask what the problem was. I should have known that he was already feeling some type of way, because the order before mine was thrown on the counter and the items that he needed to place in the bag were thrown as well. That order was for former employees of his. When he spoke to them, his tone was completely unprofessional and I should have left at that point. Once I answered him, he stated.. "that's how all of our pizzas come!" I tried to explain to him what my expectations were and he clearly didn't want to hear me. Instead of going back and forth with this man, I chose to ask if he was having a great day.. He said that he was, I then replied that his customer service sucked. Got a flyer in the mail today. Gave 'em a call. This was my first time ordering from this store and I must say, it was fantastic! The young lady who took my phone order was obviously stretched thin, but remained attentive and courteous . On time delivery, very professional courteous driver, very hot and delicious food. I ordered the Founder's pizza and the plain wings. Best wings ever! The pizza looked great with ample toppings. I'm picky about my food. Both were perfect. I highly recommend them. My family and I went to Marcos Pizza Store #8462 today and ordered two medium speciality pizzas.I tried to redeem the free cheesy bread after ordering and receiving our pizzas. When we retrieved our pizzas we realized we didn't have the cheesy bread. So I returned inside and the employee, Dasha told us that the coupon did not work and "ain't nothing for her to do". I told her that maybe I had written the numbers provided incorrect (on the receipt) but I had a screenshot and would like for her to try it again. **She was in the kitchen and we were having this conversation, rather than her coming to the register** She then came to the front register then said, "it didn't work, idk what you want me to do". I told her have better customer service. I began to leave then she laughed and stated that I am mad because she didn't make my cheesy bread. I informed her that I was upset because she is rude. I contacted corporate and left a complaint. I called back up to Marcos later this evening to talk to a manager and I spoke with someone who identified himself as General Manager, Octavious and he said she couldn't help me because the cheesy breads could only be redeemed on the next visit and there wasn't anything or anyway that Dasha could've assisted me. I told him that THAT WAS FINE, however she could've easily informed me that the cheesy bread could only be used for the next visit WITHOUT the attitude. Simple communication. Octavious was of no assistance and stated that there would be no consequences for Dashas actions. He minimized the situation and left me with the impression that it was ok for his employees to speak to customers in the manner that his did. Needless to say, I won't be back! read more
