Visited my son and DIL in Marietta and they wanted to take us to Amicos (they've taken all of our other family here as they've come up to visit!). It was hopping early on a Saturday night, but thankfully we were able to grab space for the five of us. My son ordered the food -- 3 pizzas and some cans of soda (impressed they have COKE Zero as an option!). When the pizza came out, I loved the look of it, was intrigued by the presentation on big metal trays, and then immediately loved it after my first bite! Amazing crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of cheese! Delicious! And I recommend taking advantage of their dip station, where you can make your own crust dip with oils and seasonings. Finally!!!! Me and my family stopped eating pork years ago and have not found a local pizza spot where we can get a non pork pepperoni pizza. This spot has beef pepperoni AND chicken sausage . This experience was not the best, although my previous visits were good. It seems as if my order may have been repurposed after someone didn't pick up. This was my first time at this pizza establishment and boy oh boy, the pizza slice did not disappoint. I was happily greeted by the owner when I walked in. I placed my lunch order for a 3 topping slice. As I waited, several people came in to pick up there orders. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. Im in Douglasville for work, usually when I travel I like to try the local restaurants. I was not disappointed with Fedele Amico's. Their prices are fair for what you are getting. I went inside to order and did not have a long wait time for my food granted all I got was a large pizza. They had a nice selection of toppings. I used to Love a classic pepperoni pizza but gave up pork a few years ago. So I was excited to see that they offered beef pepperoni as one of their toppings.
