Pizza is great but employees such as Clara R, are dishonest. They have a new touch screen thats quite complicated when you pay by card. Clara R gets quite impatient when a customer tries to read it since the screen is emphasizing how much tip to leave for me carrying out my pizza. Clara R reaches over and hits a 15% tip and scribbles where I'm supposed to sign. Beware some employees such as Clara R are out to rip off customers for additional profit. read more

Everything was so delicious!!! My children and I ordered these pizzas and stood out in the rain eating them. We couldn't wait to taste them but it was pouring rain so we waited under the awning and ate our pizza. It did not disappoint! This was one of the best pizzas we ever had. 8/26/2023. Many visits Placed an online order for pickup. It was fairly easy to navigate the website and the order was pretty large. Built a large round hand tossed butter crust pizza with pepperoni, ham, hamburger, mushrooms and black olives. It was very good, crispy yet chewy. Large pepperoni 8 corner Detroit garlic crust was very tasty and thick. Chicken strips with mild buffalo and ranch sauce were perfect. The bread sticks with pizza sauce were just how my son liked them. The chocolate chip cookie with icing was a great sweet ending to an acidic meal. My only complaint is the ratio of meat to bread(pizza dough) on the ham deli boat. It looked and tasted poorly executed (see pic). Expensive but pretty tasty pickup meal. read more

I also ordered a deep dish, and was excited until I found hair in the pizza. Our "Greek" salad was basically bag iceberg lettuce with a horrible sweet dressing. Tossed the entire meal into the trash. Service is just not what it used to be. I've been coming to this location years. I like my pizza a little undercooked and requested every time I place an order. They are always very accommodating. ( Which you would think would be standard business practice.) This Monday I went there for lunch and placed my usual order. Unfortunately it came out well done and I expressed to the person that boxed it that I had requested it to be a little undercooked. However, we had a busy weekend and found a coupon, so we did something unusual and ordered a pizza and salad from Jets. The lead time was fairly short/good. I arrived and the food was ready. The salad was substantial and about what you'd expect. We certainly did not lack for lettuce. As for the pizza, we opted for the 'deep dish' variety. However, I would characterize this more as just thick-crust. It is certainly nothing like Chicago deep dish (not that I really expected Chicago-style or quality, but I at least expected it to be slightly *more* like deep dish). That said, the pizza was still okay. I doubt we will order regularly from here, but if you're in the mood for simple take-out pizza, this isn't a bad option. read more

Previously, I have had excellent experiences with Jet's Pizza and have placed numerous orders in the past. However, tonight will be my last. After placing an order an hour before closing for delivery, I received a call from the manager on duty, Patrick, who stated on voicemail that "right now my driver is going to be out past close and I can't take any more deliveries." No apology. No "we are sorry." Nothing. I received his second call moments later to try and inform me of the same. Again without any form of apology. He acted as if I had made a mistake placing my order an hour before they closed. I asked why they didn't shut off deliveries online and he stated that the web order times are "decided by corporate" and are set to 30 minutes prior to close even though they can't accommodate order on some Friday nights like this. He was emphatic to correct me that the business is not understaffed tonight, just that they have too many orders to fill than the single driver available on a Friday night. He made a point to say they had sufficient staffing all day, just that his driver cannot be out past closing because of "corporate." The very same "corporate" that keeps their online orders operational at least an hour before closing. I am completely understanding when a business gets overwhelmed because of too many orders. I've worked fast food and served tables for many years. I totally get it. I also think it's great to consider the well-being of your employees and drivers. I avoided ordering at the last minute just for this reason, even though I have had Jet's deliver past closing many times in the past. Just have some sort of apology for not being able to run your business like you normally would. Fake it if you have to. Instead, he kept blaming corporate. He mentioned "corporate policies," as opposed to the owner or more specifically him, so many times that I had to state that as the consumer, I don't differentiate or really care about corporate vs franchise. Jet's Pizza, to me, is Jet's Pizza. Whether it's Jet's pizza in Florida, Texas, Timbuktu, corporate offices, or manager Patrick from Jet's Pizza Peachtree City, GA. All that to me, means: Jet's Pizza. This experience is a poor reflection on Jet's Pizza corporate, franchise, and any other form it may take. I ended up canceling the order because a household member couldn't trust that they wouldn't spit in the pizza, even if I came to pick it up. There was no apology or even understanding. Just an "okay" and then he hung up. Had he attempted any sort of apology, or even if he had acted slightly embarrassed that they didn't have enough staffing, I wouldn't have had an issue. I live very close (within a mile) and, even though I didn't want to, I would have come to pick up the pizza. However he simply acted with a "deal with it attitude." So I've order from Jets a few times and generally been happy but that run has ended. I ordered $40 of pizza online to feed my son and his friends who were celebrating a birthday. So I give it an hour and nothing, I wait a little longer and call now realizing they are closed. NO FOOD EVER ARRIVES but you know the money was taken out of my account. I call again in the morning and ask for a manger who answers the phone with a yea and gives no name. Then proceeds to tell me that they tried contacting me after I ordered to tell me they didn't have a driver and that I should see a refund within 2 days. Wow, thanks Jets leave me and 5 high school kids without dinner at a time when the other clearly superior pizza delivery shops in PTC are closed and then give me a crystal clear I don't care attitude about you as a customer when I call. The owner of this location should be ashamed of their management team. Placed an order at 5:19. Website shows 60 minute delivery. Receive an email at 6:14 order is out for delivery. Call at 6:40 to inquire status. Phone is answered by Jeremy, the General Manager. He tells me the website is run by a 3rd party and they have no control over what the delivery window shows. He states my order, along with several orders is out fir delivery, but he can't control what order the driver delivers. He asks fir my address and says based on mapquest it should have been the first delivery and should be here shortly. Call back at 7. This time Jeremy is downright rude and I call him on his snarkiness. I tell him at the least he should refund my delivery fee. He says he cannot unless he cancels the order. After some back and forth he refunds the delivery. Finally 10 minutes later I call back ti cancel the order. This time Billy, the manager answers and happily cancels. No apologies at all. Place is unbelievably dirty. Looks like they haven't mopped the floors in months. Even the ridiculous "Tip Jar" looks 10 years old and full of filth. The counter, register and glass walls along the skinny corridor are filled with dust. The two employees working there have shirts that look like they are old well worn out and grunge. The pizza may be good but they just aren't up to par cleanliness wise. The Wendy's across the way is just as bad or worse. Peachtree City is a nice little suburb, too bad there doesn't seem to be any health standards at some of the local restaurants. read more
