Don't waste your time ordering for delivery! I didn't learn from the last time. I ordered from the app and said delivery time was 35 minutes. Well after an hour I called and they said it was next to be delivered and pizza was ready, just waiting on delivery driver to get back a deliver it. No thanks, I waited long enough and this was the second time this happened. Customer service lacks, offered no other solution. I'm done with them! read more

Very poor phone customer service. I understand that it's a risk to call during the busy dinner hours, but that's no excuse to repeatedly interrupt and dismiss someone on the phone. As a note to anyone trying to cancel an online order: it IS possible, it just requires a manager to put in their employee number. read more

We were craving pizza and more from a newcomer pizza spot in our area. Glad we decided to order from Marco's because it was well worth it!! We didn't visit the location so I can not speak on the appearance of the interior or exterior of the building. We immediately joined the Marco's club and downloaded the app. It was extremely easy to setup and use. We ordered a split Pizza, Italiano sub, Italian Chef Salad and the Cinnasquares dessert. Everything was well packaged and presentable, tasted great and was hot when it arrived (the salad was cold like it should of been - packaged appropriately). As far as I know the pizza dough and sauce is made fresh, you can tell the difference. The delivery woman was awesome, courteous and timely. I want her to get recognition but I don't want to throw her name out there. So thanks lady with the colorful hair haha. So to wrap this review up...after our first Marco's visit ever we would get each of the mentioned items above again in the near future and can't wait to try the rest of the menu out soon! We order Marco's every Friday and the food is 9/10 spot on perfect with taste and temp being fresh. Whenever we order, the associate is always helpful and very professional and our order normally comes within the suggested 45 minute time as mentioned. With that being said, any one can have a bad day. Our order came about usual time but our 2 liter of soda was missing. I immediately called and explained that we were missing our soda and I was asked if I wanted it refunded or delivered. I asked to have it delivered and the person so okay. 35 minutes later.....I'll say again, 35 minutes later my soda arrives. This is unacceptable. And to think I tipped before receiving my order and this is the result? Never again. read more

Racist Bigots? Won't Deliver to Petersburg. This has happened to me via another pizza chain as well... Once Marco's learned that I was in Petersburg, although only just over 2 miles from their store, they informed me that they would not deliver pizza to me. They will, of course, deliver to addresses many miles further away... But not to Old Town Petersburg. There are homes on my street that have sold for well over 500K... yet somehow, Marco's won't come here (...only 2 miles away!!!) Petersburg is a largely African American city and Marco's has absolutely no interest to serve most of us here. This happened in their App and also when I called to place the order. Once the guy learned I was in Petersburg, he was not interested in my business. Wake up Marco's, it's 2020. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of pizza chains, so it took being quarantined to finally try Marco's. Now I feel like an a-hole for waiting so long. We've ordered delivery 4 times in the last three weeks and it's been 5-star every single time! I love that there are a myriad of salad options on the menu. They're large, always fresh and very reasonably priced. It's nice to have something light to balance all the cheesy bread I can't stop eating. That stuff (double cheese and double garlic) is freakin' addictive. The garlic butter dipping sauce is my kryptonite. I seriously can't stop eating until the cup is empty. What we all really care about for a pizza place though, is the pizza ... right?! Total winner. I've only tried the regular crust, so I can't review the thin, thick or gluten-free. For me, pizza is all about three things: crust, sauce and cheese. If you mess up one of those components, the whole pizza can easily be ruined. Marco's does a great job with all three. The crust is flavorful and has the perfect chew. Adding a crust topping makes it even better. The sauce has just the right amount of sweetness to maximize the flavor. The cheese blend offers the perfect "stretch" and doesn't taste fake or cheap like some of the other chains. So far, my favorite topping has been the Italian sausage. Soooooo good!! Pair it with pineapple for a sweet/savory combo and you have a winner, winner, pizza dinner. The steak & cheese sub and sweet red chili wings were also good. Would definitely order again! Oh! And the meatballs - they're pretty daggone tasty too. It's a combo of meatballs and their Italian sausage with marinara and cheese. The portion is HUGE! Great as an app for a few people or take a major shortcut to a pasta dinner; you cook the noodles and then top with their meatball tray. Yum! Delivery has been quick, professional and accurate every time! They're offering contactless delivery during covid-19, which is very much appreciated. The best pizza I'd had in a long time from a pizza chain, post Christmas pizza party after having the traditional meals over two days, we ordered delivery of 5 different personal pizzas with a food delivery app. The pies arrived promptly hot and fresh, the orders were correctly done we were able to identify each person's pie without fail, super fast delivery, super fresh, attention to the details we entered, I would definitely choose Marco's again to experience the fresh and flavorful pizzas they offer. read more

After a 13-hour drive we were super hungry and wanted something really delicious. There are numerous Italian restaurants nearby but Marco's has 90+ on google so we went with them. Glad we did!
