I had to go to this location after going to the Banders Creek location . At Banders Creek Pizza Hut the man working there was verbally abusive. Refused to give his name. Said he was the manager and did not have to give it. (Thomas) Heavy set with beard. Refused 800 number for a district office . He said they were not allowed to give it out, When talking to him he was very angry and abusive. (Just basic simple questions) Acted as tho he was mad at the world . No more Banders Creek. We were told it would confuse the system. Why are the prices so expensive? What happened to all the deals? I don't know why, but I thought Pizza Hut went out of business because I don't see them anymore anywhere. We were on our way to Panda Express when I saw this sitting near the corner of route 10 & Jefferson Davis Hwy. There were no cars in the lot, so I thought it was closed down. We took a chance anyway. We pulled into the lot and saw a few cars out back of their delivery drivers. The store had all of their blinds closed which is why it looked out of business. They don't allow dine in, but they do have carry out/delivery. We ordered a 2-topping pan pizza and breadsticks. Everything was yummy, but the breadsticks seemed a bit dry. I'm used to pan and the breadsticks to have that buttery bottom crust. Not this time. I enjoyed it for the most part. I'm glad to know they aren't out of business. Although they are far from where my family lives, I'd definitely make the trip to come check them out again in the future. read more

I ran in here to get a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day! I've been to a lot of nasty looking Pizza Huts that have unfriendly employees, and so so food. I wasn't looking forward to coming in, but I have kids that really want that heart shaped pizza. This place is clean! The buffet is always full of food, the tables and floors are clean, the employees were very nice and clean cut, and the food was delicious! We will definitely come back. read more

Decided to grab a quick and inexpensive pizza. They have a deal for a large 3 topping pick-up for $7.99. They weren't busy, so when I walked in all the staff was in the back talking. A lady quickly came to the front to welcome me. I had a few minutes before my order was up so I sat waiting. We made small talk about the weather being nice, then she went to the back again. One staff member in particular was talking loudly about some ratchet activity she and someone else was engaged in and all her drama. Felt it was unprofessional, at least speak quietly. We ordered a big box and two orders of chicken wings. When it arrived it was clear that it had been eaten or dropped. We called to complain and requested a replacement. The manger delivers the new wings but instead of the big box, we received a box mostly of breadsticks where the pizza should be. Disappointing dinner. Would not recommend. read more

We really enjoyed the lunch buffet! When we first arrived, not too many options for available. But then they started being more things out. The pizzas were amazing.. cooked well and they had multiple options to choose from. The salad bar doesn't come with any meat options. They can at least provide bacon bits. The cinnamon sticks were a bit soggy for my liking so I didn't eat them. My only suggestion, they should add the wings to the buffet. read more

Tried the new baked Italian meat pasta at Pizza Hut and it was the worst pasta dish I have ever eaten. The pasta was dry and tough without any taste. The pepperoni was dry, burnt , and crunchy. Once the dried out pasta and pepperoni goes through the oven, they throw small balls of sausage on top. The worst purchase ever. read more

If you're craving pizza, and you dig Pizza Hut, this is a great deal. The one star is for our server, Teresa Morgan. The restaurant is falling apart inside. Gross black mildew/mold all over the overhead air vents. The ceiling looks like it could all fall in any time. It isn't the worst and it isn't the best buffet experience I've had at a Pizza Hut. The variety of pizzas was limited and mostly made up of ham and pork sausage topped options. The veggie and cheese slices were in short supply. Maybe it was the time I went? Not a whole lot of movement of the food, perhaps that also accounts for the lack of variety. Salad options were in varying states of flavor, pickles were ok but a little soggy and seemingly past their expiration date. But as compared with other Pizza Huts and at the $6.49 price point (before tax) perhaps more is asking a bit much. Hey, at least it's not completely dried out, stale Cici's. With a little more attention to variation and movement, freshness this place has good potential. Service was appropriately attentive. read more

The breadsticks and pizza were cool and stale tasting. The pasta dish had dry noodles on the edge and the inside was still very cold. The replacement dish was warm throughout, but it tasted soapy. The server looks like he was washing dishes before he was sent to the floor where he seemed very lost. The air vents are covered in mold and there is a ton of dirt and hair under the table. Tried to order a carry out pizza and after 6 min on the phone the girl was asking what state I was in and what city. I called the local number so if that doesn't narrow things down for her I sure don't want them fixing my dinner. It is a shame because this Pizza Hut used to be really good. My son ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:31pm. It has been an hour and 45 minutes. I called Pizza Hut and was told it was out for delivery. Pizza Hut is 10 minutes away. I called 20 minutes ago. This has not been a good experience. Much better service with Papa Johns. read more

I went to this Pizza Hut and all I was getting is a personal pan pizza and didn't receive it for over an hour

I couldn't decide between a 2 and a 3 and went with the 2. The food is delivered hot which is great considering it is delivered. The drivers are always very nice folks and I make sure to tip them for it. However, more times than not something is wrong with the order. Once food was missing (fixing that issue required a call to corporate after getting lousy customer service), but most often it is just wrong. Wrong items on the pizza, missing items on the pizza, wrong pasta, no drinks, etc. We order online and double check before sending. I'd love to give more stars, but the consistent messing up of the orders doesn't help at all. read more
