The service was painfully slow--I waited nearly an hour for my order, only to receive a cold, poorly made pizza. The toppings were sparse, the crust was dry, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. To make things worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. When I brought up the issue, they were dismissive and made no effort to fix the situation. With so many great pizza places out there, I won't be giving Marco's another chance. We were fine with that and left our Venice house to go get the pizza for a game night with some friends who live in Englewood. We were searching for a decent place to get takeout pizza and felt like trying something different than our usual, Dominos. We tried their speciality pepperoni and a traditional Hawaiian. The pepperoni pizza came with crunchy, spicy pepperonis (old world) and it was very tasty. Prices were very competitive and comparable to Dominos, especially when taking advantage of their special online deals and coupons. I would say that Marcos was more flavorful and tasted of higher quality than Dominos. We also liked that you could flavor your crust with a couple different flavors.
