We do love the salads there and normally don't have issues. Called to let them know our chicken fingers were all fried pickles. We order chicken fingers and fries . My daughter said they tasted funny turns out she got fried pickles instead if chicken. Seems they didn't believe us but they did offer a refund, posting so they can see we were being honest with them. read more

Make sure you call and see if they are open. I put in a full order on Slice and then went to pick it up and they said they were closed until 4 pm. Even though Yelp and Slice both said they were open at 10:30 am. The owner/manager then proceeded to tell me that it was my problem to get it resolved with Slice and he wouldn't even look on his Slice app to see if he received the order. Def not ever returning here simply for their lack of customer service or caring. read more

We were looking for a quick lunch in the Boyertown area and tried Marco's. The service was fast and friendly and the pizza was very good. Four stars because I had ordered an unsweetened ice tea and it was awful (really bad). It tasted stale. They let me switch to a bottled drink from the case instead, but I would have preferred what I had originally ordered. Small things like having fresh iced tea can really make a difference to the customers. COVID - they ask that you wear a mask before entering and have tables available both inside and outside. They are spacing the seating out to help with social distancing. read more

I am one of those people who cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, and it's been extremely difficult to function in society. This business is one of those great gems with people who understand that we DO exist and respect that. Did I mention the food is phenomenal? Originally I'd only tried their pasta with veggies and it was soooo good, but one night we ordered pizza and it is now our favorite place to go. The white pizza is so flavorful, and my fella loves the pepperoni. The staff and owner are all wonderful, friendly, and caring people. We will patronize this place for years to come. Just a neighborly heads up! We ordered dinner last night from Marco's Pizza in Gilbertsville and there was a nail in the crust of our pizza. Thankfully, it wasn't swallowed. I called Marcos and was told by the first guy that he makes good pizza! Then the "manager" got on the phone and I told him I wanted a full refund of our order as I would not trust eating anything else we ordered after that. Please do not order from here. Because you won't get what you ordered or payed for. We just ordered a simple large pepperoni Stromboli with a ravioli meal and salad no onion. We got and paid for a small Stromboli and the salad with onion. Last week we ordered a large pepperoni Stromboli and received a ham Stromboli. I don't know where the disconnect is, but I'm am extremely unhappy. We like their food, but if you don't get what you order it's not worth it. Sucks.. coming from Massachusetts to get Sicilian and Stromboli since we don't have that in Massachusetts. Delivery always ends up more expensive than anticipated, but they don't give itemized receipts with cost breakdown. Menu prices have gone up, so that may be why. The pizza is the best we have had in the area so far. Sometimes the crust is overworked and too chewy, but usually it has a great texture and good thickness. The balance of crust, sauce, and cheese is good and the flavor is good too. Pizza is is a tad pricey though. Eggplant parm sandwich is good too. read more

Marco's Pizza just opened up a few months ago where Palumbo's used to be. There are already well over a dozen pizza shops within a 5 minute radius of Marco's, so to stand out you've got to be really good. Marco's really excels at two things; pizza and service. We've ordered takeout from Marco's a couple of times and ate in for the first time this past week. The pizza is the best I've had of any shops in the area and when you dine in the staff is very friendly and attentive. Their cheese steaks are also very good. Why only 4 stars? When we dined in this past week I ordered Lasagna and it was really pretty sad. When the Lasagna came out it was a runny, flat mess on the plate, which I can deal with - I don't need my Lasagna to be a perfect 10 layer stack so long as it tastes good. However, aside from it not looking that visually appealing it had little flavor and consisted almost entirely of noodles, sauce and cheese! I'm sure that the fact that there was almost no meat to speak of didn't help the taste but even so the sauce was pretty flat tasting. It tasted like they took some cooked noodles, threw a little bit of boiled beef in between and covered it with a barely seasoned sauce and cheese. It was the weakest Lasagna I've had in a long time. The interior of the restaurant has the classic Italian bistro motif going on. They pipe authentic Italian tunes through the speakers in the dining area, which I think is kind of neat. At some point I'm going to try another platter from Marco's to see if it's better than the Lasagna. For now though, it's still a great place to get some really awesome pizza, great cheese steaks and friendly service. read more

Went in for lunch. No prices listed anywhere for single slices, so I probably overpaid for a slice of cheese and what they considered to be Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Have no idea how much all of it cost, until I was rung up. Chicken was a little chewy, and they didn't even bother to heat that slice up before throwing it in the box, since "they just made it". Cheese pizza was good, but nothing overly spectacular. One bright side is that they accepted credit cards, without much of a fuss. Used to require a $10 purchase, according to a co-worker who used to frequent, which is ILLEGAL. Must've gotten their hand slapped by Visa. read more

The food tastes like my home made food. Food is fresh, generous portions, authentic and unique combos. The gnocchi was amazing with grape tomatoes and cheese. Excellent! I walked in.. And I ate grandma. Not my grandmother, silly! The pizza! They offer a pizza here by the name of "Grandma", and let me tel you something. If you want a good slice of pizza, come on down. The pizza was perfectly made, thin crust, good cheese to sauce ratio, etc. The large grandma was only 19$, and 100% worth it. The inside of the restaurant is very Italian as well. Went here to this pizza restaurant and saw their owner be very rude to a driver for a linen supplier who was delivering to them. The way he treated this gentleman in front of his employees and customers was very disappointing. I won't be returning and don't recommend it. Driver didn't even do anything from what we saw. We have been ordering grandmas pizza for years, tonight when we ordered with extra sauce it came with barely any, looked like cheesy bread. It was super greasy. When we took it back the owner tried to say that was extra sauce & he said he'd heat up extra sauce at no charge, really? At $20 for this pizza, it better be made to order! They are so flat -flavor/not bad but for the money, just not worth it. 3. We do however, love eating- in at Marco's- DEFINITELY fresher, fasters, hot items, friendly staff/server! To start, the food is fine. Nothing spectacular but it will serve the purpose. My review is to inform the general public that children are not permitted to order kids' meals for delivery. I struggle with this policy and when I asked the owner why the policy existed he angrily explained that he wasn't going to lose money because of an adult ordering a kids' meal. I asked that he update his take-home menus so people would be aware of this stipulation.
