Went here for the first time tonight since new ownership. All I can say is IT WAS AMAZING!! Greeted so friendly when we walked it great menu nice ambiance as well! We ordered a large fry and a Sicilian pizza. We were told pizza would take about 40 mins and it did but it was WORTH THE WAIT!! Hands down best scilian pizza any of us have ever had! Carmelo's will be our new go to especially for the pizza!! New owners all I can say is great job and keep up the awesome work! Had my first pizza from Carmelo's. It was delicious! The new Carmelo's is clean and nice looking. The staff was friendly. 100% satisfied.

First time ordering here. Will be the last time. I've seen one star reviews claiming the pizza was the only good thing about the order. For me it was the worst. The dough was paper thin to the point of being nonexistent in some parts of the pizza. Cheese was sparse but looked overly moist. My husband described the pizza as "saggy." I ordered a chef salad which was middling at best. The veggies were fresh but the salad was very wet. After eating a quarter of it I tried a slice of pizza. Threw it away after one bite. I understand in a rush food can come out imperfect. But if you see a pizza come out looking this sad and starved of life, there's no excuse for boxing it up and serving to a paying customer. read more

Put in an order for pick up here and it the food was great and affordable. We ordered 4 pizzas plain, meat lovers, and a supreme. And two large orders of fries. We also had their grilled chicken salad. The pizzas tasted great. The steak fries were cheap and you do get a lot, but they were not good and soggy. I would not recommend getting the basket of fries. The chicken salad was amazing!! Perfectly grilled chicken, homemade croutons, and fresh lettuce. The bread that came with it was so delicious I wish I could get more. I was in town for work and I have no idea how this doesn't hahah better reviews. I had the cheesesteak which was amazing and unique. The pizza was really good and perfectly cooked. We called to see where our delivery was 2 hours after the estimated delivery. We were accused of fraud and told they were going to send the cops to my home because we were trying to get our dinner for free, Fraud (I'm a fraud Investigator for a living, I was also accused of lying about this) . We tried to explain to them that we have the Ring door bell, and it did not pick up the delivery guy nor a porch pirate. The delivery guy said he left it on black furniture. Well, 5 out of our neighbors have black furniture. We never received our delivery, nor the request to send the food again. Was told that I was being recorded and they would press charges. Woke up this morning and it's on a neighbors porch 3 doors down. Obviously your delivery driver was in the wrong. I'm owed an apology. And I will never recommend your place to anyone. read more

My boyfriend called in to make a take out order and without persuasion the man taking the order started to shout very insulting language and then proceeded to curse him out, while my boyfriend remained calm. We never did end up getting food from this restaurant but the customer service was enough to let people know about. We have never been treated that way by anyone in the service industry. read more

Probably the worst pizza I ever had in my life. We stopped by one day after riding the train to grab a couple slices, big mistake. The place was filthy and every table and seat was dirty. The food is good but the people are morons. 1 time in the last 10 orders was actually correct. The last time was it. Ordered a Lg cheesesteak and a large pizza. Pizza looked like someone sat on it and the cheesesteak was a small. The driver left the pizza while he took the steak back. Just got food here for the first time - and the food itself is not terrible but also not great. We ordered the cheese fries and got regular fries. they gave us the Zeppolis (under the dessert section) which we did not ask for and although they claimed that it was complimentary, we were charged 5 dollars more then we should have been. the bread that came on the tuna club was hardly toasted and just very, very soggy. If i can give them credit for anything it would be the tossed salad. Huge portion with many, many toppings. However, i dont think i will get food here again. customer service was rather disappointing. read more
