The soft, warm pita is spread with tzatziki sauce for that tangy hit of cucumber. You can see the freshness as they were in the process of chopping more veg for toppings. Three big containers of diced tomato done and they were on to chopping red onions. The store itself has essence of Elvis everywhere in the decorations, even a life-sized replica.
