Like the convenience of the location. Pizza is the best in the area. Only concern is possibility of cross contamination with lack of gloves not being worn when preparing the pizzas. Sometimes the pizza preparer is the order taker and the cashier. If it's due to lack of help or low salaries it could affect the quality and the service. It would be appreciated if owners or management would take more notice. read more

I ordered a meal for delivery and a random person walked in and picked it up. Apparently Marcos doesn't check drivers for their credentials. So some person basically stole my food. And to top it off, the person who answered the phone didn't care that Marcos lost money and I didn't get dinner. read more

They do an amazing job making pizzas here! I haven't been disappointed! They are very consistent with the toppings and portion sizes and I always order curbside. If I had one complaint it would be to cut the slices in equal portion sizes so I'm not getting a quarter of a pizza in a slice and a tiny wedge right next to it. Lol! Other than their inability to give me the right sauces with my order (every time I get ranch instead of the garlic butter, and ranch instead of Greek dressing for my salad), this is my absolute favorite pizza chain. The pizza is always absolutely delicious. They don't deliver to us, which is annoying. They deliver to LRAFB, we live 2.7 miles from base, but apparently that is too far... anyways. It's annoying because driving home with that pizza sitting next to me is TORTURE. Every pizza we've tried has had delicious flavor. The cheese bread is insanely good. The salads are mediocre, but I won't order one of those again (ice berg lettuce and toppings, they also always have my salad sitting on top of the pizza box when I come in to pick it up). The prices are great (they even offer a military discount) and the staff is friendly. Definitely will keep ordering from here over Pizza Hut & Domino's. read more

After horrible experiences at the location on JFK, we tried this location. It was much better. The website worked. Our order was correct and on time. The restaurant was cleaner. They actually put plenty of toppings on our pizzas unlike the other location which put 1-2 small pieces of chicken on each slice and sometimes no chicken at all. The sauces were included in the boxes and were correct. They never included the sauces at the other location even when they were listed on the order. It's a slightly farther drive to Gravel Ridge but worth it for the better experience. read more

I've order from Marcos for years and have always had a good experience. However over the last 6 months the customer service has gone down tremendously. Yesterday I placed an order online at 5:23pm to be delivered. At 6:15pm i Checked the app to see if my order was on the way and the app showed it was still being made. i decided to call the store and the Manager, Echo, answered the phone "Marcos pizza, it will be a 10 min hold time can you hold" . I said "I don't have a choice so yes I will hold." After being on hold the 10min the manager came back on and after getting my information and placing me back on hold she told me that they were Short on drivers and she didn't know when I would get my order. I said "ok, just cancel my order" and she hung up on me. I immediately called back and she let the phone ring once then hung up on me again. I used another phone and called back for a 3rd time and when she answered I asked who I was speaking with. She put me on hold and when she came back i asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. When I asked why she hung up on me when I asked for my order to be cancelled she said "I did what you asked". One of the best pizza spots in Arkansas. Their cheese pizza is awesome! We eat here at least twice a month and it's a must when my mother-in-law visits from Minnesota. I have to pick it up because they do not deliver in my area but it is worth it. The timeline is ALWAYS correct and the service is phenomenal. We literally just moved here and are completely exhausted and needed to eat. We are living on base and figured there would be plenty of delivery options available, wrong! One last attempt at something for delivery and Im glad I gave Marcos a call. Anthony was happy to welcome us to Arkansas and take our order. They deliver on base, he threw in a free cheesy bread, and then asked about napkins, plates, etc. Perfect for a very long and stressful week. Our food was delivered quickly. Generally speaking the food is great. The service, however, is terrible. About a month ago I ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread to be delivered. I was on my way home from work & my hubby was at home with our baby. Over an hour after ordering the the cheese bread & 1 of the pizzas arrive. (We live maybe 3 miles from the restaurant). My husband brought this to the attention of the driver who acted annoyed. They called the store and sure enough our other pizza was there. 45 minutes later our second pizza arrives cold because they sent us the pizza that was made by this point close to 2 hours prior. My husband calls them back and asks to speak to a manager. He tells them the situation and asks if we can have some sort of compensation for our multiple inconveniences. The manager acted annoyed and appalled that we would even ask. Fast forward to 2 night ago. We decided to give them another try. This time we didn't even try to mess with deliver. My husband is given an "approximate" pick-up time. He shows up at that time. Our order is not ready. Then it was discovered our order was made incorrectly. Needless to say my husband waited quite some time for our food. Again the employees acted inconvenienced by my husband's annoyance. We will most likely not be ordering from this location any longer unless it comes under new management. read more

This pizza joint just opened last week, so naturally they sent out some awesome coupons to their neighbors. We got an XL pizza with ham and pineapple and low expectations for about $13. We were thoroughly surprised!!! The pizza was actually really good! The crust was perfect, a good amount of sauce/toppings/cheese. The sauce was great! After looking at the menu again, we saw that they offer crust toppers... so next time we will get some garlic butter or Roma seasoning on the crust :-) On another note... this place JUST opened, and we are afraid that after a few weeks it might not be as awesome. We'll see. But for now, we are STOKED that Gravel Ridge has good food! Now we don't have to drive a minimum of 20 minutes to get food! WOO! read more

At the Sherwood branch on Hwy 107, the lunch special is served all day. Can't beat it. One small pizza with one topping and a fountain drink OR a salad and a drink for $5.95. Great Value. The cheese that they use is second to none in the fast food pizza industry. read more

So. Living in the more rural, county town there aren't many places to choose from when it comes to delivery. With this said--we choose Marcos ONLY bc of the convenience of delivery. It's always been pretty quick-let's just note that. Chef shuttle is a hassle when it comes with certain things, so this is our best bet (single mom of three). The pizza is subpar. But then again, that's all we've ever tried. The staff is super cool. Just bring us better tasting pizza! read more

So the wife and I just ordered pizza about an hour and a half ago. My wife called concerned with where our pizza is located. She was also concerned about the freshness of the pizza, the associate in the phone was very rude about the situation. Hopefully or pizza arrives soon and hopefully it's still warm because I do like Marco's pizza but their customer service and delivery service is horrible. Marcos is great... They haven't been open all that long but we have certainly enjoyed having good delivery pizza in the area. We love the "white cheezy" no red sauce (like a light garlic sauce?) bacon, feta cheese, and tomatoes. Yum! While you can eat in, I don't reccomend it. They only have paper plates and plastic forks and knives (which we all know just don't do the job on pizza). They do not have a typical lettuce, tomato, bacon, crouton salad either. Also, plan to get made fun of when you use the actual name on their menu of the pizza you want. They seem to think the names are bad and you are stupid for using them. Also, canned mushrooms. The lighting inside is super bright and makes the clashing colors of the place really depressing. That said, the rest of the pizza was pretty good. The crust is not thin nor thick and is crisp and chewy all at once (loved it). The sauce is tasty as well. They are generous with their toppings too. Inedible. Every time I've eaten here I've gotten nauseous and occasionally vomited as result of whatever it is in God's name they put in their sauces. Every bite is absolutely foul, and I don't have high expectations for fast food, much less italian/pizza fast food. I almost feel like I should get a job here to see exactly what it is that's making me sick. It's likely not employee failings, I've had the misfortune of eating from this location for several years, surely bad employees would've been ousted by now. Whether it be the recipe or managements attempts to save money, every pizza I have gotten from here was a greasy, putrid mess, from the rock-hard cheese and sauce with the worst aftertaste imaginable, to the once crisp crust turned soft as result of the aforementioned grease situation. Outstanding customer service! They were very backed up w/dining out calls so the staff informed us we may have to wait an extra 5-10min for our pizza/wings. We were eating in so that didn't really matter. The owner was in the facility handing out free specialty slices not only to provide a sense of forgiveness for the delay on our order, but also to introduce the new pizza's they were offering.
